Worst ISP service provider. No after hours customer care or technical support available. Throttle between 8 and 2 the next morning. Really pleased never sign with this company.
I bought a gold card for a monthly ticket in Sunday 04/05/2025 at town center Mitchell's plain. I requested a monthly ticket from Mitchell's plain to century city. I had no problem leaving Mitchell's plain this morning and arriving in century city the problem was when I got home. When I tried to get in at century city my card read invalid. Only to find out I wasn't able to get in the bus as it was loaded for N1 city to Mitchell's plain which was nowhere near for a century city pickup. I had no money on me and had to beg for money to get a single ticket home from century city. I want my ticket fully refunded and I am rather opting to find alternative reliable transport where people who is paid to do their job actually understand and give what is requested by a paying customer. On my way home because of this is was now ****** and had to walk almost a kilometer home from where I could afford to pay my fare. How can I be compensated for my suffering? Now I have to go back and pay extra after I asked specifically for a certain product and was given something else I can't even see for myself on the card. This is so messed up and I am deeply disappointed as i thought GABS could give me a good experience but you failed me before years ago and now again after years of avoiding GABS. Your company will never get it right. Pathetic.
Service been down since 7th March 2025 no communication. Can't even get hold of support on the phone as it's always out of office hours. Why???? Should their not be a 24 hour help line? How can you get into the porthole without internet. The system just doesn't seems clever. Very bad and not happy second time same things happening and no communication. Have to spend money over and above for data when outages occur.
My father waited 12 hours to be helped. He is 83 years old and only after 14 hours of waiting was he given attention and they said his heart is failing had he been given attention earlier he could have had a better chance to be in a better condition. Also the black people were attended to first even though they came in after my father with less serious conditions. This government seems to be just fooling us coloureds as we always receiving the worst service at all government institutions which makes this disheartening. I know this post will not even be read, seen nor taken care of as that is how our government works.
They are an excellent company. Just disappointed that if you cancel your policy at least giving you some cash back. Especially if you never claimed and have been with them for more than 5 years.
I requested a quote then a policy document was sent to me . The next day I canceled and still the debited me still 2 mknths later. They are very unhelpful, staff is no very helpful and they do not return calls with really serious queries. Please do not do business with them and read the schedule and don't trust them.

This company offers special deals and then don't deliver and you have to follow up with them. Been waiting way longer than promised time for delivery then advised out of stock and offered alternative and received no feedback since. Customer service really lacking.
