You had my trust until you asked me to defend a review, which I did and still you chose to take the side of a business with bad service. For your info regarding the review you took down.... Company Wispernet Internet They replaced equipment on Monday, and I still have bad internet connectivity. But, you took my voice away. Bye bye Hellopeter ps. Over the past +- 10 days I had call in almost daily to support to tell them that there were issues with connections. After that connection is good for the next day or 2. Only after this period of issues, they said on Tuesday a tech will come out to me. By Thursday I was told "no techs were available, and will get to me by some time next week". I work from home, and is 100% dependant on the internet being up,I get the speed pay for, and that response times don't vary from 40ms to 5000ms... Complete and utterly pathetic service. Unfortunately, I don't have mobile data reception, or any other form of ISP to provide me with the hope of better connectivity. Video streaming = good Browsing = frustrating Video conference = impossible due to high latency, and network disconnects
I have spoken to someone (did not take the name) to confirm stock. He responded back with sms that they have stock. At the same time I asked about how long ir will take to deliver. The obvious question was where I was located which I told him. A day after the purchase I'm getting calls from them demanding courier fees, even tho at time of checkout, it stated free, and the agent I spoke I the opportunity to inform me that additional courier fees will be demanded.
Pathetic service. Driver was short one pizza, and took him 40 minutes to get the missing pizza. When I phoned the branch about the service, Monica (the manager as she claimed) put the phone down in my ears.

I am pleasantly surprised!! I just got my order delivered on the farm in Ladismith (WC). I expected the courier to phone me asking for an alternative delivery address in town.... but no, Takealot delivered once again!! Thank you!!
Customer service started off ok, until I realised that it all just words, and no action. We've being having connectivity issues for a while. Initially available bandwidth and a broken cable was blamed, but that was resolved according to a customer update email sent out. I'm having a 30 to 50 percent packet(data) loss on my line. After a few calls the past few days, I've being told that they found the problem and is currently busy fixing the issue. This 'currently' was according to the tech person I spoke to 'as we speak someone is busy on that tower' and it will be fixed that same day. 2 Days later, I call again to again get a response that "we found something and trying to get approval to go and fix it".
I have placed an order on the 22'nd of November 2018. After speaking to numerous agents and spending about 1h30 on the phone , and visiting a physical shop, I still don't have my order. With every call I was promised some form of outcome, either a call back, or the order will be re-created, etc. What is my next step? I don't know... laying fraud charges against this useless company. (They probably don't care either)
I ordere3d a product around 09h00 and only a few hours later I received my tracking number. My parcel was delivered from Johannesburg to Cape town the next morning. I'm very happy with the price and delivery. Well done and thank you for good shopping experience. Will use you again in the future
