Good day, please do not buy compression vein stocking (solidea brand) from DR A Singh, he works at Johannesburg surgical hospital and Fourways life hospital. The stocking is of very very bad quality; the full leg stocking does not stay up as they meant to and his team makes you buy a glue to keep them up. The stockings had a tear in them 2.5 weeks after getting them, i have been trying for 2 weeks to get this resolved after my vein procedure, they do not call you back so brace yourself; you will be calling them a few times before you get a response from them.
DO not go to MUG and Bean at the glen shopping centre, Rude staff, gave us wrong order twice with incorrect ingredients, after showing the menu to them they eventually tried to fix it with very little toppings, (this is not how other branches serve the emal) sent and email to head office and months later there is no response at all.

Was handed in on the 23rd August to evetceh and still no sight of the repair. Zero feedback from evetech or HP. Only give you feedback when you request it and wait days for a response. now on the 28 September 2023 been told that the ETA is still 2 to 3 weeks, HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE.. A LAPTOP THAT I less then 6 MONTHS OLD , NEEDS MORE THEN 2 MONTHT O FIX. ABSOLUTE RUBISH SERVICE, WHY DO I HAVE TO DEAL WITH HP WHEN I BOUGHT THE LAPTOP FROM HP

Pease do not use this company. They cannot mange account and take months on end to respond to queries. They only respond when you ask them a million times on accounts.
My hubby bought me a paid of cros, i started wearing them now in September as the temperature started rising. The right foot slop has given me a bad bruise . I have had to go to the podiatrist 3 times and am now having to see a surgeon as the bruise is not healing. We tried to return the slop to cros in woodmead and was told they cant take it as no slip. For god sake this is not a Woolworths or ackermans or pep item its a ****** croc. I will never ever support croc south Africa again. Loosing almost R700 for a slop that suppose to support you and give give you comfort has turned into an absolute disaster for me.
We bought a super large mirror from them, 2 weeks later the guys come home to put up my mirrors and says the backing board is all bent and he had to drill holes in the frame to put the mirror up as it would not sit flat on the a wall due to the bent board. we send them an email and 5 months later no response at all. stop selling substandard products and then not responding to customers.
I handed a watch in in September to fossil outlet in sandton city. 3 months later i went into the store as i heard nothing regarding a replacement of a glass and an belt for the watch. for 30 minutes the staff went from back to front trying to find the watch, eventually they said they cant find it, the lady said she would call me the next day which did not happen,, 2 days later she called to say they waiting for feedback from head office. another 3 days later I call and they say still couldn't give me an answer. another day goes i got told there are no parts for the watch, they will give me 50% off for a new watch. YOU MUST BE KIDDING IF YOU THINK I WILL EVER BUY A FOSSIL WATCH AGAIN. WHAT RUBBISH SERVICE
Trying to book a renewal of a drivers licence card. Does not allow me to book, no answer at the number on the system for 3 days. Tried calling, laanglagte, Xavier, sandton and randburg, No answer on the phones. I can only book for Vereeniging. I live in gauten not in the vaal.
I bough a brand new fridge freezer from Makro. it is a double door fridge/Freezer and the fridge was not getting cold. I called Makro a week later who advise that Defy will need to come out to look at the fridge. Only once they access this will they be in a position top tell me next steps. I have had cheese and milk that went off. Thinking that its just the setting that may be wrong. we tried adjusting to no avail. After chatting to a defy agent, he cannot give me information on when this can be solved. A brand new fridge that does not work. DO NOT BUY DEFY PRODUCTS. NEVER EPLY ON DEDFY EVER AGAIN.
