I had 2 orders yea only 2 and they messed up both. Then for the one NO response whatsoever and the other the closed the ticket without any explanation …
What a disgrace. This company is latterly *****ing money from me. Feedback “eish ja” this is so professional. I upgraded from LTE to Fiber yet they are still taking almost R900 from me every month for the LTE and NO one is pressing a button to stop it and also refuse yea red again refuse !!!! To reimburse me. I think my way forward is the Ombudsman.

I have just been to Pretoria North Post office and was ill-treated and disrespected.<br> Upon my arrival I went to the counter where they do vehicle renewals on you license. There was an elderly lady and it took some time which was understandable. <br> After her there was a man which took less than 5 minutes and then another lady with an brown envelope, which took very very long as I could see she was doing the renewals on behalf of someone else.<br> When I got to the front I asked the lady I would like to renew my license. She then pointed to this dilapidated box which no person would think is now the forms for the new registration of the vehicle disk.<br> Then I was pointed OUT of the queue to a pen.<br> Whiles completing the forms another woman come with a brown envelope and another after her. I completed the forms and asked to please go back into line as I was already in front.<br> After some 10 - 15 minutes the lady was finished and it was my turn. Pathetic attitude from Jared an employee of Sanlam Reality. On 2015-05-05 @ approximately 08:40 I called into my reality \helpline".
