What this company is doing is ********, if I receive one more call from their rude, unprofessional agents I will write a formal complaint to the Consumer Council and Competition Commission for violating my rights and the POPI ACT! They are the worst I have ever encountered in this country! They call you EVERYDAY, ALLDAY NON STOP!!! They DO NOT CARE if it's morning or evening! I dare them to call me tomorrow, I will file a complaint then open a ******** case against these people and every agent that has harassed me, they will have to answer as to who gave them my personal information and for violating the POPI ACT with impunity! I have done it before with other elements like them and I will do it again with them!
I have never dealt with Greenpeace Africa nor am I interested to. Never subscribed to any of their materials yet they spam call me almost EVERYDAY about 10 times per day. I have blocked them but they keep spamming my phone. I need them to STOP IT cos I'm on the verge of reporting them for violation of POPI ACT as I don't know where they got my details from. They are a pain to be honest, even if I was going to subscribe to their cause, now I WILL DEFINITELY NOT!! This is truly bordering on harrassment!!! They must stop harassing me!!!
This is the worst retail experience of my life! Makro has put me off to the extent that I will NEVER enter their doors again! Such incompetence and total disregard and customer blaming for their utter incompetence doesn't need any rewarding from me. After not delivering my order they are still making profit with money that they have not reimbursed! All management for Online delivery should really be st********** their positions, I don't believe each and everyone of them know what they are doing! I want my money back from Makro so I will never have to deal with them again in my life!
This has got to rate as one of the worst experiences regarding online shopping! I ordered just 2 items last week Wednesday 29 November! They delivered only 1, they said the other is coming. I have been waiting since! How long does it take to deliver just 2 packs of cider? Makro should just pull out some items from delivery services and just do bulks, seriously , a whole week for a cider? π³And why can't such a big retailer deliver on weekends? What's the point then?π€· I will NEVER EVER shop from Makro online again!! This has truly been a ********** experience! I had to order from another retailer for my guests putting me out of budget bcos of this! UNBELIEVABLE!!!π€―
I have been trying for over a year to try and get Capitec to remove a debit order mandate on my NEDBANK account for an account that had already prescribed! They did this debit order mandate AFTER the account prescribed! I suddenly saw this on my account! I have no words for this honestly, I have screamed pleaded begged,did all but they plainly refuse to remove this mandate! Worse of all they keep insisting they have removed it even after showing them proof mandate is still there! I am made to feel like I'm lying or am insane! Capitec is truly a nightmare! I have never experienced such with any bank, EVER!!π³
DSTV is a mess, firstly they disconnected my PVR settings without my consent and tried to make me pay for reconnection! Now, after paying full bouquet I haven't been able to watch for 2 days because they have now disconnected my main decoder! Since yesterday I'm told some specialist will sort my account and reconnect me but I'm in the meantime my family is sitting with no connection but have paid! NO SPECIALIST has done anything! If it wasn't for the kids I would have dumped this MultiChoice long time ago! We really need competition in this country, we are taken for granted while we pay our monies to these people! To sa sooooo LIVID is an understatement!π€π€π€
I sent someone a careless transaction of R750 this morning and when he went to withdraw he couldn't as it says the voucher has been used, he also found other people with same problem there, when I called Nedbank they say will have to wait until next week Thursday to be refunded! So they will be holding my money for all this time and make interest out of it while the person I sent to cannot pay for his rent bcos of their fault! This is a SCAM by Nedbank! Why not issue out a new voucher number same time? Why? Do banks have a conscience, so tNedbank doesn't care at all about people! Where am I suppose to get another money now since they holding I stress because of this I will lodge this with the ombudsman! Surely somethings gotta give, banks cant keep exploiting us like this!!
I have no words to describe the horrible service I have received from this company, I subscribed to them after a horrible experience I had with another company which unfortunately is their 'partner', now I'm stuck with both! I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to subscribe to Afrihost! 7 whole days without network and am beginning to think they don't want to resolve it, funny enough debit order through fine but cannot even deliver the services!! I have to pay extra for data and cannot work from home because of this, more expenses for me! What a horrible company!!!
Another day in SA and seriously disappointing service, Clear Access really thought I will run away with their R450 even after giving them mandate to debit the amount month end! I can't believe I'm being profiled in 2022, this is exactly what this company has done after being in business with them for a long time! This after I paid them today the full amount for the service (contract) they still refused to reconnect my service! Just bcos I owe for a house call service which, mind you I have mandated for a debit order! I don't normally think of being profiled but here I truly believe had I not been a black woman the service would have been very different!! I will be terminating my service with this company, pity I thought they were the best in customer/provider relationship, clearly I was wrong!! I could have bought food for my children with the money I paid if I knew they would still withhold services! Never been so disappointed truly! I would never recommend them to friends again!!
I just cannot get hold of Transunion, do they even exist? π³π±πββοΈI need to update my profile but have not been able to! I have sent countless emails, called them but referred to their website, tried to register with the website but can't seem to get through! Who are these people really?? I'm listed in their bureau and have paid up my debt but when I try to make things right they are nowhere to be found! My life is on hold and ruined and Transunion is partly responsible! All I need is to update my profile π’π’π’ why can't I get through to these peopleπππππ
