Crazy online registration process
Why is it so frustrating to register an online account? The registration process gives a stupid message that does not tell you have to send a copy of your ID. You have to call the helpline or send an e-mail for assistance. Why not simply have an option to upload or scan ID?

Please fix the recent disgustingly bad app upgrade. Nothing in the new app is functionally better. Worst of all the app does not support more than one Ster Kinekor club number for booking tickets

How to kill your own business
Congratulations DSTV for ridiculous rules to kill your own business. I bought a 2nd hand Explorer Ultra. Took a copy of original owner ID and decoder to multichoice for registration. No luck! They want forms filled in by previous owner and a certified copy of the ID. Rather ridiculous rule for a device that is useless without a DSTV subscription. I have been a DSTV premium subscriber for more than 20 years and I'm treated like a potential ********. Maybe it's time to cancel my >R1200 subscription if they don't want business.

POLMED + DENIS = NO SERVICE!
As a POLMED member i am disgusted at the clearly *********** communication management between POLMED and DENIS. This account and the relevant motivation have been sent to POLMED on numerous occasions with no resolution. Please sort out why POLMED dental service claims are being ignored.

Fraud investigation support process is useless!
Fraud investigation support process is useless! Extremely difficult to submit case. Even more difficult to follow-up. 2 months on and still no idea if anyone is even bothering to investigate.
