Outsurance made me feel so much better after being involved in the car accident… they were so effective and efficient. They constantly called and made sure I am ok. I would definitely go with Outsurance any day. Thank you Outsurance
Very bad service for returning a pair of shoes but I am surprised considering the rating they share here which they seem not to reply to.
I am struggling to get a mere statement from last year October I have been requesting... I think what is making matters worse is I am done paying. MFC please assist, I have the statement and no one can tell me the password to it
I am totally frustrated with Standard Bank and their non response, non communication and non service act that they are pulling on me. How long does it take for one to change their policy? Yes I understand there is a cession but I feel there is just people ignoring me never mind the different information they relay to me. After being their client for so long… I wonder if this would be happening if I was to claim.
To say I am disappointed is the least, SAPS you must die before you get help… I have opened a case against my Ex husband but today his case that he opened against me is that one that is being attended to. Not mention the service that I received from Detective Kgasi at the Hartbee****rt Dam station who called and started shouting because of an inside information. On the 17th of May I called the station and I was told that there are no vans and on the same night the police came with my Ex husband only to entertain what my Ex husband story. I can tell you to this day I am waiting for the police maybe if I was dead then they would come. The excuse was that I cannot remember who answered the phone. This is not the only complaint I have of the SAPS from Hartbee****rt Dam I am had placed a complaint with my ****** documents with Branch Commander by the name of Dlamini before then where my documents were ****** and my case was closed without my consent given back by the suspect (Ex husband) walking into the police station and was never arrested.
I was called by a Desai Abdullah to tell me about a court order that I am aware of and was present when it was issued. Mind you I had to let him know that I am aware of the order and was present. His statement was he was instructed by the bank to call me and I want proof of this because I found it oppressive as he was persuading me to use the banks estate agent for a quick sale that I did not sign up for. The order says nothing about the bank’s angent add its quick sale. The sad part is that I am also an FNB customer as my ex- husband but this is a second encounter where it seems he is better customer than me as he gets people from the bank to intimidate me. FNB please stop this behaviour as I am also your customer in case you were not aware. But not for long as I will be moving, I cannot tolerate this type of behaviour to what I call my bank.
I am extremely disappointed by FNB Bonds, the lady by the name of Nompumelelo has really messed up and does not want to take accountability as well as the seniors there. A joint bond that is not really joint, one party could change the debit order date without any notification or my consent and a few days later I am notified that account is in arrears. Now I am being called from collections yet I have requested to speak to a senior to this date I have not being called or engaged. Her excuse for not calling or notifying me to sign or give consent that they only have my email address yet I bank with FNB besides the bond account.
I am trying to cancel my contract and to my surprise it is a hassle. I wish taking up a contract is as much as a hassle like cancelling one. After so many years I never thought Vodacom will mistreat their customer. My contract was ending on the 31st July and I called in to say I want my number on prepaid again. They offered me value added services and the lady said I have 14 days period to call in and cancel if I am not satisfied. Of which I did call within the 14 days. I cancelled and have the reference number to the call. Today I wake up and I am on a plan that I did not agree to, it’s just an sms to let me know. I call in and the first consultant puts the phone done on me. I call again and a rude lady doesn’t want to give me a reference number to my call.

I sometimes wonder why we always get attitude from our own (black) brothers and sisters. I was told that it is self service to wrap your own items that you buy from the store but immediately before me a white lady was being wrapped for and I asked I was told they pay. Really? Because I didn't see any money from her. Funny enough I experienced this from Menlyn sometime. I guess no more Babies r us for me because clearly customer service sucks

I was at Boksburg Hyper today at around 5:45 and as I was finished with my shopping and heading to the till at around 6:05 I was approached by a lady Duduzile \Motha"according to her as I could only see her name. She said to me the store closed at 6:00 and I said I was aware and was heading to the till. She then rudely said I must go pay on the other side as she is closing the tills"
