My TFG account was handed over to Shrives Incorporated.i have asked for a statement and realized every 2days there is charges on account. I called and complained with no way forward and a rude assistant .I want to be handled by a different law company.
Visited Burgerking Mall of Africa on 30th October 2022 at 14:15 and ordered a portion of NachoFries. I waited 15mins for the fries and asked them what the problem was there was no communication from the staff. I then requested for a refund . The staff isnt friendly and informative. They dont work together.
Late bus and still got stuck. Had to change buses. Took longer on my trip than planned. Its such an inconvenience.
Worst life policy. Takes forever to reply and process. You will bury ur loved one without there assistance and get a reply 4months later. After numerous calls and postponing.There decision is based on any loophole they find. And still took premium after lodging a claim. Hasn't refunded it 5months later, the consultants can be very rude. One told me it's little money and it can be refunded.
I visited Macdonald Mall of Africa this morning and the service was slow with no queue. Then finally when the breakfast was ready she made coffee instead of orange juice.
I visited checkers Mall of Africa . Around 17:40 ND there was a queue in the 10items so I decided to go pay by the cigarettes counter. I was greeted so nicely by Nokonwaba Marsha . She punched in by xtra saving card and it was just a great experience to be there. Thank you for making shopping easy and quick. Great service. She's a gem.
Visited Roccomas Stoneridge and I got outstanding service from the team. They check up on you and the food didn't take time. Excellent service waiters and managemeny are very friendly.
I ordered breakfast at Spur Mall of Africa over the fone and was assisted by a very friendly beautiful voice Zinhle, then I went to collect it. Aubrey was very fast and friendly with helping me with my voucher.. I will always order there
Called and spoke to a consultant on the 12th of August named Bafana Malabie. I was very impressed with his fast and friendly service.He reassured that all was going well on my policy and he will send me the updated policy. He did it within two minutes. People like him are good for ur business. Thank u
On Wednesday in Kzn i requested for a bolt taxify ride from durban town to airport. When the driver picked us up he explained that he didnt have petrol in the car. So requested that we give him R150 cash as he would deduct it from pur outstanding trip price wen we get to the airport. We fave him the money. Then as we drove and gt to the airport my method of payment was with a card. The driver explained that the payment would take place bt he would reverse it. So i can pay the balance. He then took off. I called him but now he doesnt answer my calls.
