The service is unbeatable, Just spoke to Paul at their helpdesk and within 2 minutes he resolved my issues. And I have to say they always come through with great Service ! Happy to be an Xneelo client !
Standard Bank Business Banking is a joke. Accounts frozen due to FICA requirements, Sent multiple emails and asked for feedback, unable to get hold of any of their so called "Business Bankers". Unable to trade due to their incompetence. If anyone is thinking of opening a Business Bank account steer clear from these guys.
Overnight parcel never delivered overnight. Rather crucial. Will not suggest using these idiots again, rather stick to Courier Guy....Waybill : MUS11406240 if anybody at Aramex even looks at this post. Unable to contact them after hours.
Just a quick question, where do I store the rotten chicken I bought today ? Don't really want to put it in my fridge and contaminate the rest of my fresh products, but I do want to return it tomorrow. Was hoping to braai a chicken flatty for my family tonight but salmonella poisoning is a concern seeing that the chicken smells like a decaying rat. Hope to hear from you guys soon ? Hope your Saturday evening braai is better than mine :)
My experience with Xneelo has just been exceptional. From Web/Email hosting to Cloud server setup, These guys are truly a cut above the rest. If their pricing is a bit higher its because you get what you pay for. It is such a pleasure phoning their support center and speaking to someone who is firstly willing to help and secondly able to help or put you onto someone in their team who helps. Well done ! I am impressed.
Just had 2 incidents where prepaid Vodacom Sim cards use up 400mb of data within 5 minutes without any devices connected to the router, checked for WASP services and nothing... where would data disappear to at 80mb a minute with no devices connected ? Third sim card no problem. Seeing its prepaid you get no support from Vodacom but they take the money and no responsibilty. Wish I kept the Sim's to give more detail but be warned when using prepaid sim cards.
Best ISP in South Africa, Service is great ! People at their support center are helpful and competent. Would recommend them to everyone as they are one of the best ISP's
Dealing with WebAfrica for assistance is close to impossible. Their Whatsapp support is terrible unable to speak verbally to anyone at their helpdesk. Steer clear from this ISP as you will not be able to get support when you have problems. As per all the other reviews their service is shockingly bad. Don't know how they are still in business. I would suggest steer clear from this ISP, you'd be better off with no Internet.
Would not suggest using SADV as an ISP, service is rather bad compared to other ISP's. Something as simple as swopping a router becomes a whole day nightmare.
After trying to register with Rubicon in November 2021 I have had no feedback from them, then I decided to check Hellopeter and it seems I'm not alone. Seeing that others are struggling with after sales service as well, I think its best I steer clear from these guys. Thanks to Hellopeter and the people who post reviews, I will gladly find another Solar Supplier.
