My wifi network is of for 4 days now and stuggle to get through to customer service waiting hours for an answer, last message was that there is a power outage and technicians is on site fixing the problem ???? Really 4 days fixing the problem ????? And still I need to pay a full premium ????? And on top of this ....its not the first time happend n month ago and the outcome was a setting on their side....... Im ****ed off with your bad service
I lost 3 tyres already on my BMW X4 with 245/50R18 PIRELLI Runflats !!!! My tyre tread is still about 65%. The tyre just deflate and the wires stick out like hair on the inside of the wall ?????? Is this just a bad batch or what ? This is totally unacceptable quality and way to expensive to replace, I need answers ASAP I don't trust this tyre brand for the safety of my family !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been with Standard Bank for the last 8 months and for the last two months they have failed to take the debit order for my vehicle finance with no valid reason. This is unacceptable and is now beginning to affect my credit rating. I have called them several times and nobody has a valid reason or explanation for what is happening. The agents appear to have very little understanding of their systems. Also the banking app is not working for the 8 months now and can't access my monthly statements. I have tried to resolve this issue internally but it seems i have no option but to escalate to the ombudsman. I also sent POP as requested.but still didn't update their system
Ive settled my account 2 weeks ago and asked for a settlement letter twice already, still nothing and calling customer care for hours can't get through just waisting my airtime and time
Took our bike in (in one piece) for fault finding and repairs,3 months down the line.....not fixed ,no problem found and the bike is still the same with duck tape on the air filter box(***) . Charged me for a new throttle cable although it had a new one on already(have the invoice from Yamaha) where I bought it . When I got it back it was in pieces,how am I suppose to know if everything is there and we will be able to fix it after it has been butchered like this. Can not believe this is a Yamaha franchise....really pathetic
Ive a rent to own washing mashine at teljoy , the mashine has giving us lots of poblems whe have reported it 4 times already and they keep sending a sms saying a technician will be sent to fix it ..... Im waiting for 2 months now still no technician called me or anything
The signal and connection are very bad ! Most of the time you get a sms that said theres a problem on the tower the technicians are fixing it but its happening to much now and some times its off for a day and like today its on...off...on...off.... this really sucks every month they get the whole payment !!!
Im more than 2 years by the tyre insurance policy at verseker and never claimed so now ive lost 2 tyres on potholes and put in a claim and even the tyre salesman where i was going for the quotation said ive lost 2 good tyres so my claim was unsuccessful so this why im going to cancel my insurance
