Have been trying to register my company since 26-May-2025 - no success - call centre just confirm application and tell you to phone again in 3 to 7 days
Worst experience ever, booked 2 x nights accommodation AND paid, drove 5 hours only to be told they cancelled our booking because they don’t have a room available 😠- no apology for the inconvenience, or offer to rectify, what was clearly a mistake on their part- we had to turn around and drive the 5 hours back to our house. The manager “Sonja” made no effort to rectify or at least offer an apology for what was clealy her mistake
I ordered an item to the value of R4630, although this item is 100% duty free, I was contacted by UPS about a 20% import charge that needed to be paid, they send me an invoice to the amount of R2680.20. 20% on R4630 is R926, they added their own R1754.20 for admin, THIS IS *****! eventhough there was zero duty and taxes, they managed to add 55% additional charges - this is ********
What an amazing stay - the room was well equiped and spacious. Tranquil & Serene pool area. Hosts, Michelle & Jan were gracious, informative & attentive. The in-house Blues Restaurant offered well selected menu & excellent prepared dishes. The spa experience was an absolute pleasure, from navigating the booking to enjoying the pampering.
Have been trying to obtain annual investment tax certificate for over a week - the system indicate the certificate is available - but when you try to download it shows error occurred, if you request the only other option - via email - the email is NEVER received - this has now critically delayd my tax-submission
These people have been calling me for over a year - I am not the person they are looking for - I tell them this every time - I tell them I have had my current mobile contract & number for nearly 20 years - they refuse to accept this answer & insist that MY nr belongs to a MRS X and that they have spoken to this person via this nr. Some weeks they call me each day - they have even gone as far as to claim they are phoning from Discovery. This is harrassment and ***** -
Years ago I was inundated with calls from woolworths financial services - untill I finnaly conceided and agreed to obtaining a credit card - on condition they will stop calling me. The calls have not stopped - I still get bombarded with all types of sales - and the calls are accompanied by SPAM calls from ABSA also trying to push products. I have recently experienced problems with my credit card - only to find out that it was blocked - I DID NOT ASK THEM TO BLOCK IT - and was told that they tried to call me - but when I didn't answer they decided to block my card - I have now spend countless calls on phone and even drove to woolworhts to sort this out - but everytime calls have to be logged to Woolworths Financial services and then to ABSA Credit Card department - and on 3 x occasions the calls got dropped (probably because your lines are occupied with telemarketers irritating clients like myself)
Send perscription medication to my brother in Slovakia from South africa - supp**** all the medical documents required (have send the medication 3 x times in the past) DHL informed me customs did not clear it in slovakia - I phoned customs in slovakia and they said I should ask DHL why not cleared - aparently all the documentations I supp**** (original) to DHL was not given to customs - then DHL returned the package to me - I had to pay shipping and IMPORT tax on the parcel - that is being returned to me. THEN DHL informed me the package is not cleared by customs in South Africa - and is going to be destroyed - WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON - they cannot just destroy my property
I booked 2 x flight tickets online on KLM - after the payment processed - the KLM website indicated "oops we have a system error" - I phoned, emailed, whatsapp KLM support to confirm that my tickets were infact booked - they supplied a case nr and said I should communicate this to their agents - I tried for 3 hours to get help but the same message - they supplied a phone nr - If you dial it - it indiacte the nr is no longer in use - finally I was told to go to their counter at the airport - via their whatsapp assistance they did confirm payment received. When I got to the airport the KLM desk informed me I have to pay AGAIN and the price increased with ZAR4200.00 - I have now paid twice and KLM is still not assisting me - or giving me my money back
Placed order May-2022 - have still not received my package - unable to get hold of customer service to assist in obtaining package
