Good day, I have a complaint against Dis-Chem in Eastgate Shoppinh Centre. Particularly with the store Manager Carla. She used to be a Manager in Dis-Chem at Bedford Centre,in Bedfordview Jhb Gauteng. Few years ago when they opened Dis-Chem at Bedford Centre in Bedfordview,she was the store manager. The incident was regarding an item that I bought in Dis-Chem Meadowdale. I was returning the Item because it was not a suitable for that purpose. The teller called her to Authorize the refund,she refused her reason was that I have to return it where I bought it from which was Meadowdale. My question was why?she said she doesn’t take an item that was bought from another store. I asked her since when?because even before they opened that Dis-Chem I used to do it. Maybe buy an item at The Glen Shopping Centre,if I need an exchange or refund I would go to Meadowdale and they would gladly refund me,with no complaints or whatsoever. She said it’s in the Store Policy of which the store didn’t have except the slip. And at the slip there’s no such, I left the item at the store. I was so furious, it showed me that she is ***********,she doesn’t value customer satisfaction, no integrity,she thinks she owns the brand Dis-Chem. As far as I know she is representing the Brand, but she abused her position in a wrong way,forgetting that I know what I am talking about. Where I work,Integrity,customer satisfaction,Ubuntu,Customer Values the list goes on. She failed to show me a board that all other Dis-Chem had, about the refund procedure. And that according to me is unacceptable. I told her she can keep the item and my money that’s fine. I will go to Meadowdale where they know how to treat a customer. The 2nd Incident was on the 2nd of August. 30th of July I bought some items at Dis-Chem Eastgate Shopping Centre in Bedfordview. Then on the 2nd of August I went to exchange one item,and buy other items. I went to the customer service desk as usual,she took me to refund till. When I got there before we completed the exchange,I said can I please get a cash refund. I am in need of that cash and I going to Eatern Cape where there’s no Dis-Chem. Portia Mntambo the refund teller told me she’s giving me a voucher difference after exchanging 3 Bionike Triderm Items. I said to Portia can I get a cash refund instead of refunding it to my card. Because I need cash now and the card refund takes about 3 weeks to get my refund. I know it because I have done it before,several times. At Eastgate they used to give me cash if I explain to them why,but that time it was before Carla became a Sore Manager in Eastgate Makl. When Portia called her,I immediately recognized her face because she is full on nonsense and she apartheid,I know so because in Bedford Centre everyone was complaining about her. People including left Dis-Chem Bedford center because of stinky attitude and ******. She came to the till and I explained to her what is happening,she told me with attitude that in this store we don’t do that. My answer was I remember you very well from Bedford Centre with your attitude and ******,now you here this is not your store. You are an employee like others ,you just have a title for authorization as a store manager to oversee things. But you abusing your authority. We argued until I said,this attitude of your will made hate Dis-Chem Eastgate Mall. So said hence you saying I purchased with a debit card,the refund should be done the way it was done when I was purchasing the Items. I said it’s fine but I will take the matter into her superiors or if they side with her. I will take the matter to the Ombudsman. Today I still have not received my refund,after what she said that I bought with a card,I will be refunded to my card. When I called. Dis-Chem in Eastgate Mall. Only to find out that Portia the lady who help me on the 2nd Aug did a voucher. I asked why did you create a voucher,after your Manager told me in my eyes,that I used my card to purchase. I will get my refund in my card,the same way I did during my last transaction. I did not request for a voucher, your manager was talking in front of you. What made me so furious is that, she denied she said she told about the voucher. Would I be asking if I knew. Unfortunately Carla the Manager was not there today when I called to make follow up. The Assistant Manager said unfortunately there’s nothing they can do like really. The voucher has been created, you requested a voucher?all I need is my refund to my card as Carla sad so or Dis-Chem policy stated that or stipulated that. So I am writing this email for Ombudsman to stand for my rights and get what’s rightfully belong to me. I want my refund to be refunded to my bank card. You are my hope to stop this from happening. I don’t care how do they do it, but I want my refund amount to be refunded to my card as per Dis-Chem Rules. I have been an active member with Rain,since it was launched. I am on 4G package,I was paying R479, hence now it’s R499 which is no problem at all. When they were marketing their product, as customers we were sold non existent packages. In May I did not use Rain services, meaning I didn’t expect any data from them hence they are pre-paid. As well as June same thing happened I did not make use of their services, because I didn’t havre money to load data in my rain sim-card. Mid July I contacted them to ask them if I can start using their services hence,I might have money to purchase data as to use their services. The lady I was talking to told me I owe R900 and some change, I am arrears…..arrears for what that’s me asking? She said it doesn’t matter even If I am not active,I pay for their services. Something I didn’t utilize, what is that called. Remember it’s a PREPAID, that’s a ****. Rain is ****ming us now. For example, How can I pay for my prepaid phone sim - card if there’s no data in it. I can only use my prepaid SIM card if there’s data in my SIM card. RAIN do not **** us I am Technician. If you continue doing this your service provider will be closed, it’s not only me who is not happy about your service. 85% of your customers are enough. There’s a shop in centurion mall that’s call fragrance boutique,they just disappeared without a word. No communication nothing,and I was supposed to go and clllect my stuff. The shop was closed but there was no communication.
I am so disappointed Fossil Head Office and Fossil in Eastgate Mall. I sent my watch for screen replacement at Eastgate Mall in February 2020,I have been going to Fossil Eastgate Mall for a follow-up. June 2020 I went to Fossil Store numerous times to follow up. July I was there numerous times to follow up. August I was there numerous times to follow. In Sept 2020 I was there,the last time I was there was 2nd Sept 2020. The status is the same....it was last Actioned by Monic 2 Sep 2020. 08 Sept I called again,no progress,still the same updates. In June 2020 they even said its packaged,I am sooo faredup by Fossil. I was using my petrol and time from where I stay to Eastgate Mall. And even Eastgate Store Manager doesnt seem to care,she just send an email that's it. I have never seen such service in my life,its the worst service ever. And when I was in the store 2nd and 8th Sept,they said they did receive back other repairs that was sent after mine. But mine is still in for repairs. Just to replace a glass,I am going to elevate this complaint its too much. I need my watch back,and costs will cover petrol and time I wasted going to the store,to make a follow. They never even had an audesity to call me or update me for that matter,or send an email.
I would like to take this chance to express the way I feel about Hyundai! Bedfordview and Germiston. Firstly they don’t give it a full wash they literally wipe it I mean several times and head office all they care about is the money coming in no follow ups if are happy about the service or not or any complaints. I took my car to Bedfordview for a 45km service and I told them the shocks needs to be replaced but no they decided to replace the bushes! I am paying R450 maintenance plan every month for 3 years now! I have never used it! In the current service the quote was not even more then 300. Why am I paying for the maintence! These people are ripping us off! Calculate 450 by 3 years and guess how will it be! And I am still not happy about the performance after the service! On that note I am expecting to do a full assessment on that car and not push time. And lastly Hyundai I am demanding a full valet!None Negotiable or else we will have to go back to the basics and court if necessary!
I am very disappointed with them I bought a rug for 3500 using debit card!now I saw a rug somewhere else I then called them to return it! Guess what they full of stories I mean there’s no other store that I didn’t call hence they said since it’s a debit card they can only refund me cash! You mean all Gauteng stores don’t have 3500 I even left my number for them to call me no one seems to be interested they just told me to keep on calling! I was very shocked after the trauma I experienced Mall of the South their Manager Sinongile she is the only one out of all stores who was giving me updates if they struggling to make cash because people are using cards. I must say you will never ever see me buying anything at @ home! I even reported it at the head office no one called for the whole week! I need my money back !and they think they playing tricks with me I bought the item on the 28 of sept and 28 of oct is at the door step now they will tell me it overlapped a month. They so cruel and customer unsatisafactory and I am still gonna take it further or escalate it with my lawyer! I have been using my airtime to call each and every store and how huch is that!
I would like Eastgate Mall Red square Dior to recognize Jennifer who is working at the Dior counter. Her service is more than excellent,she made me fell inlove with the Brand. She is passionate about what she does and her customer service you even forget that you in the store,because she makes you feel like home. She made me want to come back again and again because I like the way she talks about the product and what it does to the skin....I would like the store or counter Manager to recognize Jennifer she is the best.....Customer is Fezeka Sogoni
I was at Edgar's in Eastgate Mall in the Dior Counter,I have a complaint against the consultant whom I needed help from,her name Tag was written Silala. I wanted to try on the Foundation hence I am not familiar with the brand....I am using Tom Ford at the moment but I was interested in changing to the Dior Skin Care and Make Up. Firstly she was attending the other customer of which I didn't have a problem with that and then when she is done I was patiently waiting for her to finish. I realized that she was not willing to help,I then asked her for help. Her response was.....I am still busy with my Manager (with the attitude)....I said to her really? who comes first between your manager and the customer.Amazingly her Manager said I am just showing you something....I said hell No that is not acceptable. I was very shocked when her Manager was saying that....she came with the attitude and I asked her some few questions hence I wanted to know more about the product. Everything I wanted try she said we don't have stock ( I was very shocked like in everything I was interested in she didn't have stock).I decided to go to Red square where I got An excellent service from Jennifer in Dior Counter.I went back to Edgars and I told her nicely I didn't like your attitude and the way you talked to me earlier on.Believe it or not she was not apologetic at all....I must say she peaces off and made me hate Edgar's more. Especially Dior.I was looking forward to Dior but the service I got made me changed my mind and stayed where I am happy. I will rather go to Red square if I want to purchase something in the cosmetics. And this is the second time I get this treatment from Edgar's in Eastgate,the store Manager promised to take care of it but i never got any feedback. I am done with Edgar's in Eastgate Mall and I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop there,their service sucks if I should say.
I opened an account 2013,they promised to send my card to my physical address.<br> Till today I have not received it,surprisingly I used to received statements until they stopped again in March 2015.<br> I called several times, they always tell me its on the way until today.<br> I even went to Eastgate mall which is my nearest branch, they told them the same story that I must expect the card in 6 weeks,its over 3 months.<br> I am so disappointed and upset,their service is so.poor they don't meet customer expectations and their customer service needs to be looked at and I am sure the managemenet is aware of that.
They promised that i will get my deposit and the admin fee back,yesterday was the due date for my refund now they telling stories,the accounts dep,including the CFO and the Res Manager.<br> They incompetent,they make people sign only one paper before going through in detail.<br> I will spread the word that Respublica,first false advert,I paid WI FI my daughter didnt use almost 2 months,after that they said its sorted but still the coverage was so poor,students are staying they want to do their assignments,research but dnt have access to what was advertised.<br> Everything was just a false advert.<br> Whats amazing me the lady who is working with accounts at respublica is saying the different story to what the res manager was saying,they so incompetent,they dont know what they doing.<br> I wonder what qualifications do they have,they run it like a hostel.<br> I want my 4200 back.
