We have been trying to get hold of mweb through all their channels to fix our internet connection for 3 days and we are getting no reponse. I nowvto cancel my line. We hold on for two hours on the line as well as online chat as well as email. No luck. Such pathetic service. I have stop my debit order now.
Citreon Westvaal Menyln service is pathetic. My car went in for a service, and it broke down the next day. It's been at the dealership for 2 and half days. I have been phoning the dealership 10 times to speak to someone to give me status on my vehicle. I leave clear messages with the reception to call me back. No feedback from them. They charged me R2500 , highest price ever in South Africa for wheel alignment, brake disk and pad replacement, and did not provide the original parts to me to validate the replacement. I don't even know if this was replaced. I contacted their customer services also no reply. Now my vehicle is sitting in their workshop and I have no clue what is wrong with it. Absolutely pathetic services and exbortant pricing.
We booked a trip in advance with gobundu to Mozambique . We paid 50% deposit. Due to the unrest and insecurity in Mozambique we want to cancel our trip. Go Bundu refuses to refund that money. They are are forcing me to take the risk and enter Mozambique with my family. Instead of the 30% cancelation fee. They are *****ing an additional 20%. Never would I use them again. I am seeking legal advice. And advise anyone not to use them.
We decided to give Nandos a break after our experience with Nandos Rooihuiskraal in Centurion, messed up our order by not putting everything in the bag. I put a comment on hellopeter and they ignored it. So after 3 months we decided to give them a try again . Low and behold same mistake. A piece of quarter chicken was missing from the grande meal. And we paid for it. I phone them, same excuse we don't have drivers. Phoned customer service..we will send you a reference number. It's like these people pick my name out of a hat. So they are essentially *****ing from me. If you ***** a piece of chicken from every customer...So what are you going to do about this Nandos. ***** the money and keep quiet.
I have been to reds mall Nandos spent over R563 order no. 8167. They omit two meals in the order. I call them and they take my number down. There's nothing they can do because they don't have drivers. I distinctly told them to check it . This is the last time I go to nandos both both branches near me are useless. I'm so tired as this is the second time at Nandos. And they mess up the order. They are actually *****ing from us.
I reported case of my vehicle having irratic idling issues to Miosa, with regards to Toyota SA. Instead of finding a viable solution, MIOSA decides to share sides with the manufacturers offer. They believe that the manufacturer must pay me out an unrealistic amount because they cannot find the solution to the problem of my vehicle under warrantee. When insisted they fix my vehicle because refuse the offer. MIOSA closes the case abruptly. Hence I see no point in there existence to defend the consumer who is right in this case. Instead of forcing Toyota to find a solution to fix my vehicle, they find the way out of this matter. Here goes tax payers money.
Good morning I have been complaining about a factory fault on my Toyota Corrolla 2.0 XR CVT, for three years at Toyota Centurion where I service the car, but the dealership extended the warranty believing that would solve the problem. The engine vibrates so badly at idle (650rpm), that the hold vehicle shakes so instantly that you see the seats shaking and it gets worse with time. I reported it to customer care as they call me back for feedback from every service. If you Toyota SA do not solve the problem, I am taking a YouTube video and placing it on the social media, as you do nothing about this issue. They sampled 3 vehicles and have the same fault. I have own this vehicle the longest in SA hence I know this is not normal. I have reported it from the first service and nothing is done. I reported a ***** matter to standard bank given them the details of the account holder who de*****ed me, and the list of transactions. They keep on ignoring by referring me to FNB and not providing any reasons. So in other words they are accommodating account holders who commit ******** activities such as cryto ****ming to do business in South Africa via a standard bank account. Absolutely pathetic service.
I have been battling with FNB online to create recipients so I can pay people. They voice prompts are not clear, they mention they sorted these problems yet I still have problems, now my bank app is not working at all. Cannot transact.
What was thought to be a 5 minute purchase and I would be done, turned out to be a nightmare at Centurion Makro, as I was in a hurry for an appointment.At 10 am today 27/02/2022, I saw two of these long plants outside Makro, and decided to purchase one of them. I paid R200 cash at the kiosk at the outside gardening section thinking it would be pick to pay and collect as there were no queues.To my disappointment as I was walking I noticed it was damaged, I came back and collected the other one and spoke to the security.As I walked with the second one, I noticed it too was damaged. Then I went back and took the larger one which cost R69 more. I gave the cashier the difference, she took the cash. In the meantime I went to fetch a trolley for the bigger one, while they sorted out the difference and will give me my change as I gave them an additional R100, expecting R30 change. When I loaded the bigger one on my trolley and came back with the change, they said they cannot help me.I must speak to the manager . I spoke to the manager who kept ignoring saying he was busy. Meanwhile the cashier simply ignores my requests. I ask her then to give me back my money, because I did not take anything and no one is helping me. SHe only gives me back my R100 and pockets the R200.She probably is keeping quiet about the R200 , you will still see your stock is still 2 pots, lying outside and you have stolen my R200. She insisted that I must take the broken pot , which I refused to do. So Makro steals my R200 and does nothing about it. I will report it to the police.I have all the photos attached , you can look at your camera between 10am and 10h30 today 27/02/2022and see that I did not take any pot. If you look at your camera at the manager in the front, you will notice how he refused to help me.
