I’m so frustrated,I bought items for my work at SHEIN 2 separate orders in one day the other order was delivered by a different courier good service they gave me but my big other was sent through. Via Aramex till today nothing when I track it says it’s in sandton for clearance when I phone the people says the parcel is in china,I urgently need thr parcel for my client dresse that I need to finish for the event on Friday please arame don’t let me fail

I have never been so disappointed by both social media customer service and Vodacom branch in wonder boom pretoria, I escalated my query to the social media team but they couldn't they said I must wait phone the store and I did both the manager and Lindiwe Mahlangu did not call me back after I left them both a message to phone me. my dad was approved for an application he did for an iPhone 13 for 36 months he was told he must pay R1243 upfront payment for some reason them after he was told that they ordered a wrong phone for him they must redo the application but no one is traeting this as a priority I mean this is the store's mistake they should be making sure that he gets his money back and the approval is quick not make it like my dad has a bad credit like this was approved on Thursday by the same company that and now when they are fixing the mistake it takes long... I feel like these people are playing my dad and not respecting him as a customer ... this is so wrong for someone who has been so loyal to Vodacom
my aunt bought a fridge in 2017 and still under warrantee but the service received at Soshanguve crossing was so bad, where do I get a bank statement for 2017 I mean the bank doesn't keep that data for long, u still without a fridge. its only been 4 years I have never seen a fridge with a short life span like that

Standard Bank has appointed Gap management to collect on their behalf but GAP has bad service, we sent all documents requested for easy sell and till today the documents were never sent to standard Bank and right now I don't know our status, it has been a bad year this cover has been bad for us. lose of income and no luck in business. and right now um going through a bad divorce me and my husband we are not talking anymore I can't get him to sign my forms I request Gap to assist me but that cannot sent me his form for me sign.not sure why I really need this resolved please. my new number is 0813497881
I really don't understand how you guys operate, we sent all the documents requested by Nwabisa and the documents were never sent to the bank. I mean Nwabisa know how me and my ex husband we are not in contact nor speaking terms since we are going through a divorce. on the same day we send all documents and she never replied to my email nor acknowledges the receipt. I emailed her my new contact details and she still said nothing until I phoned her to ask the status a month later she tell me the mater is no longer with GAP. the bank is requesting that she forward the documents and still she did not respond how does she operate?
