Incident of Threats, ************, and Verbal Abuse by Your Employee
If there was a (- minus) on the stars I'd probably put -10. Hardly 2 months they did it again charging us overnight. What's worse is that no one has responded, placing us at an inconvenience again. We were never given a resolution nor an update and was credited electricity not even equivalent to the electricity we bought when our power was off. Now we slept with a positive +R100 only to wake up to no electricity at -R400 what is that!!!. it honestly feel like Protea Metering is ****ming us.
Having to see money flushed down the drain because of inaccurate electricity readings is purely daylight *******. The previous week we bought electricity next morning lights were off we reasoned and thought it was the heater adjusted our usage... Friday we left checked the balance it was at 22 with only the fridge & wifii on. When arriving Sunday purchases electricity for R100 when checking it then says -88 okay I go and buy for R50 checking it says -153. So when checking the usage Friday is normal as it should but Saturday is higher then all the days where we were at home yet there was no one Saturday. Monday morning hardly 24 hours of purchasing the lights were off. We checked it said 153 and Sunday with high consumption, (How so if we only arrived late afternoon?).... I purchased for R100 with the last hoping the purchase will rectify and update correctly still no electricity. When checking we at -63!!! Still no electricity now... How do we get charged for days we were not home for even worse those days were higher than the days we at home????
<p>I settled my account with Fashion Express "FIX Account" in 2015, Now in 2017 suddenly I owe them money the sms's started coming in April I thought okay must be a mistake then it came again, I called the number on the SMS spoke to the lady who confirmed thatthe account has not been active for a long time I explained that when settling the account i fully stated that I am closing the account she understood then the connection broke (the I though she had fixed the problem). Next thing I get an SMS with a higher amount I called teh number on the SMS, was told they cant help me I must call another number ending with 7666 option 4 which hangs whilst I'm being charged for the call. I made 6-8 calls trying to resolve this and been taken to this number to another. I kept asking for refference numbers and I wa stold they don't have reffernce numbers. The last lady then told me I must go to the nearest store I asked her at who's expense after been taken from pillar to post and even worse I'm heavily pregnant and I'm not about to be searching for a store that is failing to resolve an issue they started on a domant account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm annoyed by the SMS's and threats and when you call the numbers on their threat sms's you still get no help is this a way of TFG/FIX of making money from previous customers?</p>
I've had a credit card with AB for years Dec & Jan had a hiccup and missed payments and was still able to use the card.<br> <br> Suddenly out of nowhere they blocked my card without notifying me and I mean how do you do that??? where is the customer service and loyalty in that. I'm going crazy because the call center is not even giving me a constructive response.<br> <br> I've been using this card since then out of nowhere they just block it.<br> <br> This is truly annoying and then they send me an sms that I must send my documents to a branch but I was there yesterday!!! To do that no man we not your toys!!!!

I appreciate the fact that Capfin loaned me cash. However It is highly annoying to get a call in September asking you what happened in April. So should I be explaining the same thing over 5-6 months even worse the lady has the nerve to ask me if I made the payment arrangement with her??? Hello whats the point of explaining over and over again if the notes or recording are not even considered when calling the person. I paid them for the month according to the arrangement then this woman has the nerve to ask me if I made the payment arrangement with her??? What bull!!!<br> <br> CAPFIN THANKS BUT NO THANKS!!! Suddenly I get an email from lawyers claiming I owe loan scout money of which i did not even know what loan scout is? I suspect that my details were retrieved when I applied for a loan from Lone zone and Loan hub and now I owe them money for what I do not know. I checked my emails for confirmation there is nothing regarding them.<br> <br> This is so unfair honestly how do we live when loan organizations try to steal what we work for???
When looking for a loan you in desperate need of cash.<br> <br> Loan Hub requested R399.00 of which I didn't have and also if they going to get me a loan why not deduct it from the loan amount. They then sent an email with application forms of which I did not fill out.<br> <br> With the message below:<br> Please email ALL the above documents to: [Email Removed] or Fax: 086 764 6116<br> <br> NB: IF THE ABOVE REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION ARE NOT SIGNED AND SUBMITTED ACCORDING TO THE ABOVE SPECIFICATIONS, OUR PROVIDERS CANNOT PROCEED WITH YOUR APPLICATION.<br> <br> I did not proceed with my application, now suddenly I get a letter from the lawyers. When they have never even bothered to call me after I did not respond instead they ran to my account and debited twice in my account.<br> <br> This utter bull. The Ombuds needs to know of this scheming ways.<br> <br> How dare they demand anything for a process snot even completed pure rip off...
