MTN owes a refund to me and it’s been over a month now that I’ve called the centre, it was escalated. I received REQ tracking number and it was meant to be sorted within 24 to 48 hours. Two weeks later still no feedback! This is unacceptable
Card machine was arranged for delivery between 8-10am. I called at 10, they said delivery will have to be rescheduled. Spoke to supervisor and made it very clear my machine has to be delivered by 3PM because I have business to run. Called at 3 delivery never took place - worst courier service, extremely unprofessional and since booking was made on Monday for delivery on Wednesday! Manage your fleet better because you are impacting other peoples business
Absolutely shocking service @Sandton! Engaged with property rental agent there to get unfurnished unit as per adverts online - wasted one week. Came to agreement to pay for them to take furniture out of one of the units at my cost R4000. Last min the manager changed her mind saying they only offer furnished unit. Most unprofessional - reckless service I ever received - misleading clients through false advertising!!
I ordered a couch for my bedroom and first week delivery was meant to take place, delivery dates kept getting pushed out. Following week I gave Hondt sufficient time and extra day to deliver and I took time from work to be home between 1-2PM for when they said delivery will take place. I called them and then another excuse about drivers truck came about, they asked to deliver next day. This is unprofessional and you cannot mess clients around - at least notify if delivery won’t take place on the date confirmed!
Worst service! I put a dispute query on my report due to incorrect information. Sent all supporting documents to show they’ve made an error - no one from their customer service followed up!! Shocking and it’s not inconveniencing my report!!
Worst service ever. Have an outstanding matter with MTN week after week call the call centre and no one can resolve the issue which was a mistake on MTN part to begin with. How do you guys do business! Please have someone contact me regarding this because I will cancel my contract 0634049988
Twice in the last week I placed two orders and TWICE the same item didn’t arrive and I had to settle in full and chase up on the missing items! Shocking service - can’t get hold of Collections department. Spent 2 hours at FNB centre trying to get hold of collections department and no avail. This is not how banks or client call centre services should function! Please call me back urgently to resolve the matter
To whom it may concern, My client, George Sinovich has been a client of Outsurance for 2 years. He has two of his businesses under your insurance - Godfather restaurant and Riboville Hotel Mr Sinvovich was forced through FNB two years ago to switch to you guys when he took over the property bonds. He has recently filed two legitimate business interruption claims and Outsurance is reneging on their obligation as per the contract. This is unacceptable service since the third property which is insured under Sanlam has already been approved and in process of pay out! Recurring issue of being over billed on my policy - I have two policies on one device! You guys have promised me refund and it’s been three weeks now! I am now billed again for July statement on MTN without having been refunded and I won’t settle that bill till you guys do your job and refund me all the outstanding money for the past three months!
