I logged a complaint in December, about the Trendx tablet special they were having, in store only, I went to La Lucia and saw the phone, they refused to honour the special sayng they new nothing about it. Since then I have been getting the round around, very copy and paste " we have escalalted you query'
Be very careful when signing up online, last year they had a 50gb special for R179 and then a router add on for R10 extra per month. It was a nightmare from the start and to date I have been charged R415 per month and no reponse from them
Very poor service, half my order was not delivered and even the supposed chocolates were not delivered. I fulfilled terms and conditions and ordered well advance, was then told there were only 2000 boxes but they cannot provide any proof that these were all allocated, no pop up or notification that chocolates were out of stock or allocated, spent money for valentines to be ruined
Very poor service, app**** for a conrract macro arbour crossing was approved waited 4 hours for the system to change it. A week later and no further all sorts of other forms filled, re applications and still no joy. The Macro sales person did his best no problems there
In the begining they were great, yesterday I got an email from one of the creditors saying I was in arrears and they need to deduct from my account, I forwarded the email to them and have not heard back but 2 months already and all they have done is take their fees now I see there is another amount for the 3rd month labelled legal fees however I was told the first 2 months were for the fees and the 3rd month distribution would start. They should have at least started paying something to my creditors in my view and not just allocated to themselves
Do not pay extra for the express service you will end up getting it same time as the normal delivery. Now when I log a query they will escalate but only get back to me with a 72 hour turnaround so whhat are we paying an express fee for?
Feedback non Existent and my parcel has been sitting in Durban for days with no movement
I am very dissapointed at the lack of feedback from this provider, it has not been 3 days and no feedback from an email sent and to both offices with the email provided, benefits are vague to say the least.
Very professional and prompt. Just wish premiums would come down
I have emailed and emailed and am not getting any response from anyone, now I cannot even get into my campaign
