I was contracted by Siyazama Group to assist them with assessing their current contact centre which handles B-BBEE Skills Development. I finished the work in April, and have still not been paid. While it is not a huge amount owing, I am an independent Consultant and rely on honest, paying clients. Not the case with Siyazama even though they state that: Responsibility To be accountable to our promises
My Geyser burst on Tuesday morning. I called Outsurance and they had a contractor on site that afternoon and the geyser was replaced within 2 hours of the contractor being on site. Amazing service. Would really recommend them.
I placed an order on line on Friday for a new washing machine. It was delivered today Monday. Really great service,
Outstanding quick service from the team. Well trained team that needs minimal supervision. On time for the appointment. They had to replace part of the ceiling - took down the old ceiling and replaced, painted and cleaned up the room perfectly. Replaced broken tiles and also removed plant growth. Also a really good price having compared with other companies. Would highly recommend them.
Went to ABSA Fourways to get some information regarding a paid up homeloan and some guidance regarding the Flexi Reserve and closing the account. I waited an hour for the "Priority Banker" and then asked for more help as she was still busy and there was another person in front of me in the queue. A very nice young lady showed me to the telephone to contact Home Loans and she processed the call which was eventually answered. The young lady I spoke to could not explain the situation or give guidance and advised that she would "transfer me out" to someone who could assist. She put me back into the IVR. That took 15 minutes. I went back to the queue for the Priority Banker and she was still busy. The lady who had been at the front of the queue left saying "2 hours and no service". I waited a couple of minutes and was helped and the lady explained the situation and gave me guidance. This took all of 10 minutes. I cannot believe that there is only one person who can assist. Eventually I left after 2 hours. Unacceptable service. Thank goodness I don't bank with ABSA any more.
Took my Jaguar for a service. The service and caring from the Jaguar people was absolutely fantastic. I am in the CX business and was extremely impressed. Would recommend any Jaguar owner to them for their vehicle care.
I have been with Clicks in Bellairs Mall since they opened up in the Centre. I received an SMS on 1 October from Clicks advising that my prescription for Chronic Medication needed to be renewed. I Emailed my Doctor for the repeat and asked for it to be sent to the Pharmacy and cc me - which was done. Clicks are supposed to send an SMS reminder when a prescription needs to be picked up. This did not happen and I ran out of the medication. I went to Clicks today and waited patiently in a queue. Once served - 20 minutes later - the young lady advised me that there was no prescription. She said she needed to know where it was sent. I didn't have a copy on me, so I told her I would get my script and take my business elsewhere. Not once did she think to say "let me call the Doctor's rooms to get a copy sent". No offer of assistance at all - just - "no prescription has arrived here". Incompetent and no customer service ethics. I will take my business elsewhere, there are plenty of Pharmacies who do have more service ethics.
Fine Lines Landscaping are amazing. Response was fantastic. Delivery before expected. Plants are magnificent and at an amazing price. Would recommend them to any and all people - complexes.

Disgusting is the only word I have - I made an agreement to pay off an outstanding amount over 2 years which will end next year. I have paid every month without fail. Today I received an email advising that the account had been handed over to the legal team and failing payment services would be shut off. The moto is CITY THAT CARES - what a load of rubbish.
