AVOID BRYTE AT ALL COST! I had the displeasure of dealing with Bryte insurance as their clients Truck hit our car from behind in OCTOBER. We still have no feedback on when they will settle the claim with my insurance and when we will get our excess back. If they take 5 months to settle a claim that's clearly their client's fault then I can only imagine the service everyone else gets from them
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR IF YOU ARE NOT 100000% SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK!!!! After finally getting our car back from Renewit-Bedfordview in December we realized it had a very big deep scratch on the front left after being accident damaged back right. (after having to leave it there for the same problems 4 times) the service advisor checked and confirmed it was their fault and promised to have it fixed. We still had a courtesy car in December but they did not want to do it in December so they pushed us to January so they can close. Come January now suddenly we need to pay R2500 to use their courtesy car. I explain we don't have that money as we just paid excess and for our insurance courtesy car and they offered to give us their courtesy car in 3 or so weeks when its back , we were grateful and appreciate it, yet here we are in March with endless excuses of the car is not back yet... Our insurance paid them in full and now our car can wait till they feel like working on it or have the time or whatever the issue is . I am now going to put a formal complaint in with my insurance to get this resolved. The car boot isn't even lined up properly yet in December their guy tells me all Chery's look like that, the window wiper in the back sprays in the car instead of outside? guess that's another Chery feature? and they scratched it with a toolbox or trolley from the front left light all the way to the end of the wheel arch needing that panel to be repainted and the black trim to be replaced. very shoddy work for a business that big i would not recommend them after we started off with such great service from them it al went downhill FAST!
After being rear ended by a truck and our car towed to Renew-It Bedfordview we were not very optimistic about our car ever being the same again. Then enters Siya who kept us informed at every step of the process, ensured we knew what was happening with our car and handled the small imperfections we were not happy with like a BOSS! Was it perfect the first time around, no, but did Renew It fix everything to our satisfaction, Absolutely. After signing the car off and leaving the premises, We noticed damage not caused by the accident and Renew-it took full responsibility for it with resolutions and no excuses. THANK YOU SIYA and Thank you Dario for being champions and restoring our faith in panel beaters!

Falsely advertising vanities with basins for R599 but those vanities do not exist in real life. You go there and suddenly they have no stock ( as per all google reviews that are the same) and they try and sell you the same vanities for R899 claiming basins are out of stock. The staff are rude as well when you ask about their false advertising one even claiming it was a special that has passed yet the owner of the store has the same price of R599 on his whatsapp. they refuse to answer you over a call telling you to go to the store. all a ploy to upsell
