Worst service I have ever received!!
Dear TakealotI will try and write this with a smile.....smiling, because I am shocked....AMAZED....Confused....Your next day, next week delivery changed to next Month delivery(Hopefully before the end of this month). What should have been a delivery in 5 days, is now almost a month and still waiting! You sent the package to the incorrect courier, then back to the warehouse, back to the supplier, ordered it again; I was informed that the package will be delivered within 5 days; and again, it was sent back to the same incorrect courier. #takealot #129509047 #128727986

That Nike shoes was not up to standard
Bought Nike running shoes from them, first time ever Nike shoes only last 4-months. Phoned Phoobie, they said to me they cant help me only have a 3 months warranty-that is shocking, especially if you pay so much for shoes and selling shoes that is not up to standard(because Nike shoes that only last 4 months is not up to standard) Wonder what Nike would say?

Don't care business
I do not think they are a courier company. I rather use the post office... I phoned more then 8 times asked nicely please check where my package is... Please help.... Please I need it before Friday... Please.... They just don't care... Promised more then 4 times to phone me back... Never happend... Everyday the same story... Package will be there tomorrow... It never came....

Incredible slow connection
I bought a laptop a week ago from Incredible connections, where they specified that the laptop will be delivered between 2-5 days. After 7days it still shows that the laptop have not been out for couriers to collect it. I have Mailed them, phoned them and send messages via Facebook, only one that actually come back was incredible connection Facebook(thank you, that was actually fast feedback). SAD news is they told me they can’t tell me when and if the laptop will be delivered and that the problem is with the warehouse and that the warehouse will phone to explain. But i am still waiting for that call....i am still waiting for my laptop to ready, so that a courier can pick it UP. I Will advise anyone that needs a laptop ASAP not to use Incredible slow Connection but rather use Takealot, fast reliable and great customer service.
