Despite being unable to assist with my move due to a *****ulent situation I encountered, Biggles Removals, especially Vaneshree and Sue, went above and beyond to support me. Their empathy and professionalism turned a stressful ordeal I was in, into something manageable. I’m truly grateful for the way they handled everything. Biggles removals became my company of choice for any future removal needs.

Lindelani was not only extremely professional but also incredibly kind and patient throughout our interaction. She handled my query efficiently and made sure I felt valued and heard. I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the sales service I recently experienced at Cherry Heidelberg car dealership. As a potential customer, I expected a high level of professionalism and transparency, but my experience was far from satisfactory. On 22nd of August 2024 I called to enquire about a vehicle I was interested in. I was assisted by Moses, who assured me that the car I was interested in was available for sale. I then advised that I am 75km away and asked confirmation that everything was in order before I come over the following day. The following morning at 7:30am I visited the dealership with the intention of purchasing a vehicle. After spending considerable time discussing the vehicle’s features, and arranging for a test drive, I was informed that there was already an existing offer on the vehicle! This critical piece of information was withheld from me until the very last moment, resulting in a significant waste of my time, petrol and effort. Such deceptive practices are not only unprofessional but also highly *********. It is unacceptable for a salesperson to engage in such behavior, which undermines the trust and credibility of your dealership. The lack of transparency and honesty displayed has caused me considerable inconvenience and frustration. I had rearranged my schedule and made specific plans based on the assumption that the vehicle was available for purchase. This experience has left me with a negative impression of Cherry as a brand, your dealership and has severely damaged my confidence in your services.
I recently encountered network connectivity issues with Vumatel, and Buhle Simelane who was assigned to the case from Cool Ideas side provided outstanding assistance.He's expertise, patience, and dedication were commendable. To whine it may concern, I entered Standard Bank Cresta branch at 8:39 on Saturday, 04.February My goal for the day was the close my Standard bank account that I am not actively utilizing. The whole process to speak tot be banker took around 15 minutes and once the banker was done, she referred me to the teller counter in order to take out the remainder funds of R62,82 I then asked if I can transfer these funds electronically, but the answer was No and that I have to wait at the teller queue. This took one hour and 15 minutes that summarizes my complete time WASTED of one and a half hours. The branch is either heavily understaffed or there is simply no care to efficiently service the clients. This was my last interaction that I will ever have with Standard Bank.
It was Friday 19th of November 2021 when I was having a social event with a bunch of my friends and enjoyed the afternoon. In one moment, my phone lost all cellphone signal to what I though it either load shedding or other network issue that does happen (I was in the connectivity industry). To my surprise, all my friends that were with me and are on vodacom network had full signal and fully functional cellphone service. Since it was Friday evening, there is nothing much I can do but wait for Saturday. I went to a Vodacom store and the over-confident consultant checked my number, took my sim card and tried it in an alternative phone - and it was all working. After, he referred me to the store since my phone is an iPhone that I bought outright. In iStore they checked all and said that the device has been blacklisted (?!?!). Going back to Vodacom store, I had to spend another 20-30 minutes explaining to the consultants that all is ok with my SIM card and number but the phone has been blacklisted. One more of the over confident consultants pointed me to fairways to get my device repaired (?!??) After demanding stubbornly for the to check the "blacklisting" system - they discovered that my phone is indeed blacklisted on vodacom network (!!!!!). I firstly demanded to know based on what and who blacklisted my device, but the system shows no trail, so I was simply "lucky" that someone just felt to do it for unknown reason. After, I was advised to do an affidavit, and send all the neccesary documents to unblack list my phone device. Waste of my time for absolutely no reason. Since I've done all of that on Saturday the wait begins - and still lasts - on Vodacom mistake!!! My reference for this is EC-1700-2HGQJB Vodacom - UNBLACKLIST my phone nobody has asked you to blacklist in the first place!!!!
I called to change my policy details as they were incorrect<br> <br> Once I got on line with Ntombi, not only that my queries were addressed promptly and efficiently but also I got the premium discount<br> <br> What a great attitude and a great individual !
