MTN has let me down. The level of customer service as of late has been completely and utterly appalling to say the least. There has not been any network coverage within the Kibler Park, Alveda Extension 8 area since Friday 19/05/2023 and neither has there been any communication for a resolution. I am unable to do any work due to this issue, because I need my phone to make important calls. Many of my close friends, family and acquaintances have already moved to different network providers and I will be doing the same. Extremely disappointed!
I've been having the worst time of my life with Surf4life! I cannot get through to the call center at all, there is absolutely no communication when/if there is any infrastructure downtime or maintenance taking place and generally just no help whatsoever. As an individual working from home, having WIFI connectivity is a necessity., but SURF4Life continues to let me down at least 3 to 4 times a week!! Can somebody- ANYBODY please assist?!!! - The level of extremely bad service is absolutely ridiculous.
I recently moved to Route 82 Apartments and to say that my stay has not been pleasant would be an understatement. The management within my complex is extremely poor. There's loud music almost every weekend coming from several neighbors from night time until the early morning. I reported it on several occasions, but nothing was done. Cars within the complex literally do wheels spins with zero intervention from security!!! The fire hydrant is used to clean cars. Domestic violence cases are swept under the carpet. My poor satellite reception on my decoder has to this day not been fixed and I am barred from mounting my own .satellite. Apparently the rule is "one satellite per block". So I can't even watch DSTV. I'm highly unimpressed. I can't wait for my lease to expire to move away from Route 82 Village 1. It's not hard to tell when you're in a sinking boat. Five more years and the value of this property will be abysmal. Buyers beware!
Just Property (Pty) Ltd only cares about their own bottom line. You as a client mean absolutely nothing to this real estate agency. I was renting at the Lion Ridge complex located in Ridgeway, South of Johannesburg through Just Property rental agency. My contract was valid for one year, having started in March 2022. Unfortunately , the crime element in the Lion Ridge complex spiked tremendously with 3 cars having been stolen in the space of a single week, my vehicle having been the 3rd stolen car on June 18th 2022. More alarmingly was that Just Property did not notify any of the tenants of any of these particular car thefts having taken place on the premises, even though I appealed to them to do so, in order for the other tenants to not suffer the same fate as I did. I could not stay at the complex in question any longer, due to the criminals that were residing and stealing cars from within the complex itself, hence I moved out to a more secure residence the following week on June 25th 2022 as the safety of myself, my mom as well as my personal belongings was comprised. The decision to move out did not come easy to me, because I knew that I would forfeit my R15000 deposit which I made to secure the unit at rental stage, but I made the decision specifically and only for safety reasons. The aforementioned has led Just Property rental agency harassing me every month, unfairly charging me rental fees each month for the unit in Lion Ridge complex that I have not occupied since 25th June 2022. My life was completely reset in the worst possible way, I lost my main means of transportation, I had to forfeit my R15000 deposit and I had to plunge myself even deeper in debt to find a place that actually does prioritize the safety of it's clients. I have done all the necessary exit inspection duties with their agent and I supplied them with the key to the unit, but Just Property are still holding me ransom billing me every single month, even though I haven’t been residing at the complex for the last two months. They disregard that I have stated many times that the crime within the complex has forced me to move out and that I would have stayed and honoured my contract I already lost my vehicle as well as my R15000 deposit, but Just Property insists that I pay rental fees for the unoccupied unit, needless to say I am in absolute dire straits financially at the time of this email. What is especially unfair is that not only does Just Property not want to hear my side of the story, but they have done absolutely nothing to guarantee the safety of myself, my mom and my personal belongings for me to continue renting at the Lion Ridge complex, this after I informed them that my vehicle had been stolen on the premises. The fence is still a shoddy barbwire fence as opposed to an electrical fence, the Lion Ridge complex to date still has no surveillance cameras to monitor any suspicious activity and more alarming, the security guards at the gate do not follow standard procedure like completing a log of the individuals entering and exiting the property, my car was literally driven out of the complex without any intervention from the very same guards hired to secure the vicinity. If nothing else - I would urge each and every individual to not ever do business with Just Property (Pty) Ltd. This situation has left my mental health hanging by a thread. I feel suicidal daily and I don't know how much longer I can hold on at the time of this email.
Hi I just felt the need to write a positive review for the excellent customer service that I received from Puleng at Miway Customer Care. The level of professionalism that she dealt with my enquiry is unprecedented and her ability to share information on the various insurance products offered by Miway, available to me as a customer has a depth that I have yet to find elsewhere. She made me feel as if Imatter as a valued customer and it is for this reason that I intend on staying with Miway for years to come. EXECELLENT!! :)
I just wanted to take the time in thanking Game Stores for having such an incredibly competent worker as Jamie Symons. I was hoping to give him an excellent 10 out of t0 rating for the impeccable service that he provided me with as a customer after my call, but unfortunately GAME's customer care line does not offer that option upon completion of a caller inquiry. Hence my post on Hello Peter. Yes, I was that impressed with Mister Symons' level of professionalism. I'm especially grateful for how he expanded my knowledge on everything that I assumed I had known relating to my GAME shopping account, for updating my particulars on the system proper and for informing me of the different options available to me when shopping with my GAME card. Keep up the great work.
Mpumi provides the best service that I have have ever experienced with regards to customer care. I find it extremely refreshing to say something good on Hellopeter with regards to the level of professionalism that she treated me with as a valued customer. To say that Mpumi was detailed in making me understand the various insurance products available to me, would be an understatement. She is very knowledgeable and treated me like I actually matter as a customer. I look forward to continue my business with Miway's truly exceptional staff at hand. Thank you so much Mpumi. :)
Takealot was my go-to online retailer since I started buying from them online a number of years ago, but after several instances of bad customer experiences, I ended the relationship and bought good elsewhere. Fast forward a number of years later, I try to rekindle my love for Takealot.com by buying goods from them once more, but again I was reminded as to why I left in the first place. I personally think that maybe Takealot doesn't value its customers. I bought swim goggles that I did not want, given the shabby quality. On the very same day I contacted takealot.com and requested that they cancel the order and credit my takealot account, so that I may be able purchase something more akin to my taste. Instead takealot.com botched the entire order, not only did they not adhere to my request, but they had the inferior swim goggles delivered to me with the flimsiest of packaging. Even worse is that I was requested three times to complete the tedious online returns document and none of my follow-up requests have been furnished. Takealot.com just doesn't care about its customers.
I pre-ordered goods from Loot way ahead of it's actual release date. On the day that it was supposed to be dispatched, I received a notification informing me that my entire parcel would be delivered to me in separate stages, due to some vague unknown reason with their supplier. This unfortunately was not enough of a blow for me for them. So they just had to go and completely botch the delivery of my first item with goods I never ordered. I now sit here with a big box of useless junk that I have no need for and my actual order nowhere in sight. Loot disappoints on every scale imaginable and it will definitely be the last time I order from this particular site.
<p>What was once my favourite online shopping destination, turned out to be another completely atrocious customer experience. I bought goods from Raru that was delayed for a month. After I decided to cancel the order and have my credit card refunded, Raru instead opted to give me future credit on their webiste to the amount of my previous order on any future purchase. I've told them countless times that I want my money refunded and not store credit, but all my requests were ignored. It puzzles me as to how quickly money goes off my account when I buy from Raru, but the minute I cancel my order and request that my money be refunded, it takes more than a weeki in which I still have not received my money back. This will be the last time I buy anything from Raru. BAD SERVICE!!</p>
