On the 28th October 2025 I ordered online. My order was delivered on the 30th October 2025. The incorrect order was delivered to me. I then tried to phone Vuse a few times and all I got was the number was unavailable. I then went to a Vuse kiosk to exchange the order and Vuse Head Office told the kiosk that I cannot exchange it there as it was an online order. I then emailed Vuse with all the info about the incorrect order including photos and delivery notice from RAM. I received a reply Vuse about the inconvenience and they would arrange for RAM to collect the incorrect order from me and once they receive it they will "swiftly send me the correct products ordered." RAM collected the incorrect order on the 31st October 2025 and to-date I have still not yet received my order despite numerous emails and phone calls. When they look on their system it tells them that I received the order. This is totally unacceptable service!
I ordered a personalised gift from NetFlorist for a dinner party I was attending on Monday the 22nd April 2024. The gift arrived late Friday afternoon. I opened the gift to check the name and it had the wrong name on it. I contacted NetFlorist on Saturday morning and they said they would send the gift on Monday with the correct name. I did inform them that I needed the gift before 5 p.m. At 4 p.m. the gift had still not arrived. I then contacted NetFlorist and I was told the gift would be delivered on Tuesday the 23rd April. So as a result I had to go to the dinner party empty handed and very embarrassed. This is unacceptable service from NetFlorist and I doubt I will use their services again.

In September 2022 I was phoned by a Vodacom agent to upgrade my number which I did. As I did not want a new phone she told me I would be getting a complimentary phone which I accepted as "complimentary" means given or supp**** free of charge. The phone was delivered to me. I asked for a 24 month contract and then I saw it was a 36 months contract. I then phoned the agent to change it to 24 months which was done. I then got a call from another agent to do an upgrade on the same number and I thought this was in regard to changing it to 24 months. She also told me I would get a complimentary phone. The contract was changed to 24 months and I received another "complimentary" phone. I then noticed on my October statement that I am being charged for two phones. Here we are approaching September 2023 and despite hundreds of phone calls and emails and returning the one phone to Vodacom I am still being charged for two "complimentary" handsets. I even reported Vodacom to the National Consumer Commission on the 3rd of May who sent a letter to Vodacom telling them to reply within 14 days and should I not hear from Vodacom I must contact the National Consumer Commission within 14 days. Vodacom duly rep**** to the National Consumer Commission saying they are investigating the matter. I got a call from a Rudzani Lithole from Vodacom in May who said they are busy investigating the matter and would get back to me and that's the last I heard from him. Vodacom's reply to the National Consumer Commission was just a ploy to stave them off from taking the matter further. I am still sending emails regarding this matter and occasionally I get the same reply that the matter is being investigated but most of my emails are ignored. I will never do an upgrade with a Vodacom call agent again.
CELL C FIBRE I cancelled my contract with Cell C Fibre to end on the 30th May June 2023. I gave 30 days notice and paid for the month of May. I received confirmation that the contract was cancelled and my line was migrated to another service provider. I requested Cell C to cancel my debit order. On the 31st May my account was debited. I reversed the debit order. On the 30th June my account was debited again. I reversed the debit order. I was charged by my bank to reverse the two debit orders. Cell C added R70.00 to my account for arrears. Now when I check my credit rating it has dropped showing that I missed a payment to Cell C! I have never ever missed a payment on any account and now due to Cell C's complete incompetency my credit rating has dropped!!! Totally unacceptable!
On the 18th April 2023 I had no internet connection. I phoned Cell C Fibre to enquire about this and I was told that they are busy doing a change management and the internet would be on and off intermittently till Friday the 21st April 2023. I was never notified about this in advance. On the 19th April Vumatel was down due to repairs being done but that same evening everybody in my area who does not use Cell C Fibre their internet was working by the evening of the 19th of April. On the 20th April I again phoned Cell C Fibre and was told that the internet would be working on Friday the 21st April at 5 p.m. On the 21st April 2023 at 5 p.m. the internet was still not working. I again phoned Cell C Fibre at 17:37 and was told that they had confirmation that the work had been completed and I would have internet soon.. The internet never came back on. I phoned Cell C Fibre again this morning and was told that they are still waiting for confirmation from the technicians that the work had been completed and I still have no internet. As a result of all of the above I had to incur numerous extra costs purchasing data and airtime minutes in order to make calls and get an internet connection as I work from home. As I do not have a good Vodacom signal in my home I rely on Wi-Fi to make calls and had to use a Telkom cellphone number in order to make numerous calls to Cell C Fibre. Today is the 24th April 2023 and I still have no fibre and help from Cell C Fibre! I have requested my contract to be cancelled and my line released immediately but nobody from the cancellation department has got back to me. This is unacceptable service and if I could rate this review with a zero I would.

I purchased a Vodacom prepaid SIM card three years ago to use in an iPad. As I am mostly at home with a Wi-Fi connection I did not use it for a long time but added airtime to it every month in order to keep it active. I needed to use it this week and I wanted to convert my airtime to data and I got a message saying the account has been blocked. I then phoned the number and this number had been given to someone else. This is unacceptable!! I purchased airtime on this card every month which I lost and then Vodacom gave my number to someone else. When I phoned Vodacom I was told that I had to use the card to make calls in order to keep it active. This card was for an iPad and I do not make calls from an iPad. I assumed that if I add airtime to it every month it would remain active.
I purchased an air fryer from Game on the 4th March 2022. Thank you to Alfred Molomo the Sales Manager at Game Stores in Greenstone Mall for his excellent service and friendly manner.
I am unable to log into Nedgroup Investments. The website has a page saying: "Nedgroup Investments is currently offline for maintenance Please try again later" This is totally unacceptable service from Nedgroup Investments. If you want to do maintenance on your website how about doing it during the early hours of the morning when clients are least likely to do transactions!
