Buildvolume dragging their feet with refunds
I placed an incorrect order, and cancelled before the order was dispatched. I've been struggling for 4 weeks to get the money refunded in my account. All the information required by them was sent to them within minutes, but all I hear is that the request was forwarded for refund.

These guys has become my default when looking for anything 3d Printer related. They go out of there way to help. Orders are normally shipped within hours of ordering.

Truworths are a bunch of thieves
Items marked as 2 for R360. When paying suddenly I must be part of their loyalty program. No customer service at all. They just don't care. I will never buy from them again

Vox Telecom package updates = lower connection speeds
Running on a 100/10 fibre to the home package, which was until now running on you double line promotion (which according to their website is still running) According to an email received Apr 1st, all packages were supposed to be doubled on May 1st. This has not happened. Instead it has been halved.

Dewfresh not fresh after all.
Bought fresh cream and found cream to be sour on opening the bottle. This is FOUR days before the indicated BEST BEFORE date on the container. Defninately not buying any of their products again.

Takealot - headaches with rerun of faulty items
Having issues for replacement of item that was faulty on delivery. Numerous emails and nothing get don. Failed appointments to pick up item. Being given the run around and speaking to customer service is like hitting your head against a brick wall. The worst shopping experience ever. Safe yourself the trouble and dont waste your money on this company.

Quality Pools has No Quality After Sales Service
<p>Numerous problems with leaking pipes since installation. Be prepared for months of waiting and lots of excuses to get anything done. Worst service ever. </p>

Cannot get banking details chaged since Oct
Trying to get banking details changed since October last year. Advised to send an email to request this. Nothing has been done. Send numerous reminders since, NOTHING. Trying to phone them is like hitting a brick wall. Have been transferred from one person to the next 7 times this morning. Stay away from these people. Their customer service is non existent.
