They hired Nimble and fired them, then hire an ***********, arrogant SSDA for debt collection. These SSDA harassed me for three months while I was unemployed. Now that I am employed and have reached out to make payment arrangements, they have completely ignored me. This raises serious concerns about their professionalism and competence. It appears either they are unable to manage accounts properly or are intentionally delaying communication to increase fees. In either case, I do not believe companies should entrust them with debt collection. By contrast, Nimble handled my account professionally, and I successfully settled my debt with them. I recently rented a vehicle from Avis Nelspruit, and the experience was deeply disappointing. The car they handed over had just been returned by another customer — it was not properly washed, the fuel tank was not full, and there was already damages underneath the bumper. Despite these obvious issues, Avis did not record them adequately at handover. Now, they are charge me for damage that was clearly there before I took the vehicle. This feels like a calculated tactic to push repair costs onto customers, maximising their profits at the expense of unsuspecting renters. In my view, this is *********, dishonest, and exploitative behaviour. Customers should not have to pay for damage they did not cause, and rental companies have a duty to conduct proper inspections and hand over clean, road-ready vehicles with full fuel tanks. Avis failed on every count. If you value fair treatment, transparency, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend considering alternative rental providers who respect their customers and operate with integrity
Discovery paid a lot of money to a Nigerian doctor for my voluntary male circumcision. The Dr charges R4000 said that the patient pays R1000 in cash and discovery will pay the remaining R3000. But discovery medical aid chose without my consent to pay the Dr over R5000. Which means I have paid the Dr R6000 for a voluntary male circumcision.
An uber driver drove off with my firearm, R3k and a spare wheel. I reported the matter to SAPS and have a case number. When I reported the matter to Uber, they blocked me and suspended my account for some reasons, cutting off all communications. They are not responding to SAPS when summoned to provide evidence or statements. I am asking myself if our daughters are safe. My daughter could be kidnapped by Uber people and uber will simply block you for looking for answers
I was contacted in June to arrange a payment plan. The agreement included a percentage discount app**** to my balance. From the remaining amount, I set up a three-month payment plan of R3,132.56 in equal installments. I was informed that Nimble would match the first installment of R3,132.56, leaving me with only one installment remaining. However, when I reached out to make the final payment, I was shocked to learn that my remaining balance is over R10,000, and they claimed that the arrangements i spoke off were not available. I requested them to review the recording of our previous conversation, but they have not responded. As a result, I will be reversing the debit order, as it was not processed through a debit check or mandate. I am extremely frustrated with this situation and the lack of accountability.
I have made a claim through my former employer *** early November. I hadn’t received any feedback from Alexandra Forbes till I called them today. Neo, a consultant advised me that I had not captured where my money should be transferred, but when I went through the application form, I had actually captured that information. I am very suspicious about where my money is. What if your employees claimed and transferred my money to their own bank accounts. Why is Alexandra Forbes giving me a silence treatment? Is there some corruption happening internally? I actually need the money. It’s very unfair and quite unprofessional for Alexandra Forbes to exhibit this sort of behavior. I think employers should not force employees to take up pension with Alexandra Forbes. They are not transparent, seem very corrupt and suspicious. Can someone assist on escalating this matter?
They are a scam. Do not pay them. If they call you to pay an account, it means your debt was written off by your credit lender. Do not pay them..they are scam, they don't even have offices. Lost R6000.paying them and I think standard bank should not have shared my details with them
I just sent the below..... out of anger. How can standard bank adviced their collection agencies to make threats? Like literally they made threats and its their first time communicating with me. I paid off my car last month and I was planning to pay off the loan, then boom, **** up threats. Hai futsek maan. And lastly, i do not take kindly to threats. This case needs to be given to someone else or a different company. I settled all my nedbank credit cards and loans because I was spoken to and treated like a human, Not this nonsense you are sending you ****ed up head *****ed up clown. I have banked with standard bank and just settled one of the big loans and working on settling the rest, you come and make threats on behalf of standard bank? Futsek maan. Go issue the summons. I will not be bullied and threatened by you. If standard bank advised you to make threats, futsek nabo. Nxi. I just lost my job and you come and make threats?? Futsek.
