This Vodacom business makes me sick. First of my contract was supposed to end, beginning December. What they wont disclose with you, cancell well in advance otherwise we will charge you basically the same premium for a starter package. that way they take more with their skimming ways. To make it worse today when I tried to phone I couldn’t “ no available minute” ive already paid for the month a hefty price yet Vodacom with their long fingers ST[]LE my remaining available balance. Vodacom, i get it, youre a huge company and can get away by taking whats not yours. Personally i could not sleep at night knowing one of my customers aren’t happy. We all only live once, we will all be judged. This is not the way you should go ahead to meet your targets. Do it the right way!

RCS Customer Support I am writing to escalate an ongoing issue with my RCS account access. I have to now post on hello peter in hopes i reach the right authority as your customer care side is absolutely worthless. Customer care is what makes a company you can have a great company with great products but bad customer service will ruin a company. I have made multiple attempts to resolve my lgin issue via phone and email, I am still unable to log into my profile to view my outstanding balance. How can i know what to pay you if i dont know what is owed? Not even customer care knew what i owed! My issues I have attempted to log in multiple times without success. I have called your support team, where I was advised to send an email. I have emailed your support team a whopping six times, including screenshots of the issue, yet the problem remains unresolved. As a customer, I find it concerning that a company of RCS’s stature, with significant annual profits, does not have a more efficient resolution process for technical issues. Surely RCS has a GOOD software team to avoid these issues. the facial recognition login process is cumbersome which is a mission to set up and get approved, yet somehow you guys done it. But what is the point if idoes not help? Ive reset my login details yet it doesnt work requiring repeated phone calls and emails to access a basic account function. I kindly request urgent intervention from a senior representative or technical team member to resolve this issue. Im going to fill in my RCS card number by reference.
It’s pathetic how this bank can waste a person’s time. I called on Monday, the 28th, at 20:21 because my Standard Bank card was not working. It turns out that this account suddenly no longer accepts card payments, so I needed to order a debit card. I went through the process, provided my new address, and was promised that I would receive a new card by Friday. Today, November 3rd, I called and spoke to Mumbo. Not only had my card not been ordered, but my address had not even been updated. I was on the phone with him for 23 minutes when he suddenly went silent and didn’t even have the decency to call me back. It’s pathetic. I called again and asked to speak to him, and the lady informed me that he was on another call and would call me back, but he never did. I waited 40 minutes before calling again and spoke to the fourth person to try to resolve the situation. Now she tells me that I need to visit a branch to get a new card. Ridiculous! Do they think people have all day to waste? I don’t have the time to visit a branch! Standard Bank, your poor service cost me a total of 53 minutes on four separate calls. Your service is terrible, and this is why other banks are surpassing you. Fix it — you are running a business that deals with people’s finances!
Was ****med by Telkom Canal walk capetown. Bout a prepaid sim with unlimited Data R849 it doesn't work I went back the same day and told them it doesn't work so they set the internet setting and it worked got back home again and didn't work. When in next morning today, and asked for my money back and they tell me they can refund on prepaid. This is a **** you can see people someting that doesn't work and refuse to refund their money.
Cash Converters Montague CPT Skip this cash converters al all costs, should you not listen you surely will regret it. How they are still in business is mind baffling. This was not my first bad encounter with this particular Cash Converters. Saw a post on marketplace for a Samsung 32" tv for 1500 they changed it to R1400 after I left Before I left my house I phoned and asked is everything is good on the tv no issues I should know off, was told it's perfect, just bring a tv license. Pictures speak for themselves. When I asked the lady who was helping me "Faith" I'd like to see the manager she responded with first speak to the supervisor and pointed to another lady closeby. I rejected the offer saying I'd like the manager I was told she can't see me she is too busy, this without even checking. I then walked over to someone else and asked for the manager, so the gentlemen did and called the manager Venessa. All Venessa said to me is a i apologize ill take it up with the sales person. I made it clear I'm not happy with this and would like to be paid R100 so I can get back home, after all I was **** to to get me there, this costing me money and time. Please know Venessa I took videos of everything.
I've tried to Email your customer email no response. Order Mak4973646, That was supposed to be delivered on the 14th Aug, well I just received a text stating it has just been delivered today 23rd aug 14:22pm. I work from home nothing has been delivered. There is a huge 21 sign outside my house so delivering to wrong house isn't even possible. Last week you texted me couldn't be delivered as the house number isn't visible, that after you already did two drops at mou house the day before cause you drop my order in bits and pieced. Pathetic!
