Tjso I am actually sorry for using this bank for my salary, I have send numerous emails with no response and whatsapp on there number and still no response I'm looking for a current bank statement because on the app I only can download previous month's and nothing for December, please advise or else I need to change my bank like ASAP.
So I have a FNB Funeral Plan with FNB and I was in arrears so they have emailed me and told me when I can pay it via EFT so I did not know the EFT payments are only for arrears payments so when ever I get money I do that because I'm not sure if the money that I'm waiting for will be in by month end, so last month I was up to date and suddenly this month I'm in arrears with 2 months just after they tried 3 times to debit my account. So I have decided that I'm transferring this policy to a more reputable bank that will understand my needs and situation coz clearly FNB only think of there needs and not there clients.
So I have been having endless problems with this company, so after fighting for almost a year to get a refund for my husband to pay my account that was paid incorrectly, the refund has been paid, I have spoken to a nice guy by the name of Tafadzwa who helped me, so now that we have the refund we want to do a payment and guess what I can't get hold of this guy I refuse to speak to anyone else but him so who ever gets this message ask him to call me coz I'll drop the call if it's not him and I know his voice so don't dare try and fool me. Ok so me and my husband's both our SIM cards are now suspended and my son was using this number for college where they send links for his work and studies and his not getting anything anymore so if I don't get a call from Tafadzwa today they have left me with no choice but to reply to the ombudsman email and say issue not resolved.
I have received a message from these people on the message they give you a contact number and email address I have opted to email coz I don't have airtime up until today I have received no reply but still constantly receive sms. What can I do to get this people's attention. I would advise no one to use this company.
I took out a contract from these people I have asked when is my contract ending I received an email stating end July by I get calls from these people telling me I owe them money my credit profile shows I am in arrears. They don't want to fix this problem so they leave me no choice but to go to the Ombudsman.
I have paid my Telkom account at Telkom i have received a paid up letter from Telkom and these people are still phoning and sending emails regarding an account that is paid up and closed. They refuse to remove my name from all credit bureaus if they don't remove it within the next 48 hours they leave me no choice but to report them to the ombudsman. The account number at Nu Debt ND 1002465197 and the account number at Telkom 505634938.
I have done a prescription off debt for an account that was handed over to MBD Attorneys that I last paid on the 31 July 2021, through all credit bureaus and they told XDS that i have made a payment on the 30 August 2024 so please explain how did i pay this account when i have been unemployed since 31/07/2021.
So I received a message from Clear Score that shows me my offers, stupid me instead of going to Old Mutual I went to African Bank, my story is that i was under debt review so I moved from 1 counselor to another which ended in November 2023 got my clearance certificate and all was clear on the credit bureau. So I app**** online but could not complete my application becoz i was told to visit a branch due to verification failed. Went to the branch on the 29/04/2024 the lady completed my application with no hassles i kept on receiving messages that they looking for a withdrawal letter which i have send them all documents received from debt counselors. today 06/05/2024 i received a sms that said application unsuccessful becoz all requirements have not been met. Let this be a lesson for me to never go to this people again. Sitting with a contract and a card not sure what to do with this now, DO YOU AFRICAN BANK WANT YOUR CARD BACK OR CAN I JUST DESTROY IT.
So everyday i receive messages from Sanlam for all sorts of investments and policies. So they are quick to ask for money for all those nonsense but i don't qualify for a personal loan, so tell me if i dont have money to repay a loan as per your company how will i pay all those policies and investments that you offering - SANLAM AND AFRICAN BANK SAME WHATSAPP GROUP JUST ON THE RECEIVING END.
I have been sending emails to the email address given on there website and it bounce back. So today I went onto my profile to do a live chat and guess what they keep on ending my chat. Haven't even started explaining my case. I just want to know what's happening on my profile because I received an email regarding my profile and want to know what's its for.
