I have never had to deal with such disrespect and no follow up. I asked to speak to a manger and no phone call yet 24 hours later. They would not accept my directions on how to get to my residence, and this has been entered on the special instructions, driver was rude. And they would take NO accountability for any of the missteps and lack of communication even though I had asked them to call before delivering.
Khutso Seduma was extremely helpful and efficient with all my queries and requests.
I called into question the fact that Epol were sending out Epol Safe n Lite for horses in a 40kg bag, the tag with the ingredients also stated it was 40kg, to have a fight with my horse handlers that they were over ordering and where was the extra food going. Epol phoned and thanked me for pointing this out and agreed it was false advertising but did not offer any help or say can we send you a bag or something. As I had a huge thing about this with my handlers and falsely accessed them. This is just not good enough from a company that has been around for years and just thinks they can get away with false advertising and a mere sorry will fix it. It is great they will fix it, but this has now caused much tension.
I have tries on numerous occasion to get through as my delivery has not even delivered and I always get put on hold. I need to change details and nothing in 3 months of continous phoning. They are not helpful at all and considering moving companies as this service is diagusting
I have tried to contact this company regarding Quickbooks on numerous occasions to sort out a problem with their agency programme and they have not responded at all. I have called them and waited for them to answered or asked for a call back and nothing. They are really bad at client service and responding to anything.
I have been struggling to get hold of anyone in South Africa to help me be able to send my invoices from Quickbooks through gmail to customers. On the phone there is no selection for Desktop support and it tells you if you want them to phone you back to hit 2 on your phone and nothing happens, Not even the UK is helpful. I am disgusted at the service I am receiving and absolute lack of help and assistance.
What a debacle ordering from Leroy Merlin online. Firstly they said they would deliver on a Saturday, which I would have been there to receive. They only delivered on Monday when I was away on business, and they did not deliver the whole order, which was urgent!!! Then I phone to tell them that part of the order was missing, and they proceed to tell me that they did deliver it. I am not a thief or a liar, and the product was not delivered. So I must now wait while they investigate and I need the product urgently. It took them 3 days to call me back, even though I called everyday. Now I cannot get my urgent job finished while they investigate. The call center are very friendly and try to be as helpful as possible but my word get your stuff together. I am utter unimpressed and it has been over a week since I ordered and no communication. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM LEROY MERLIN, to add insult to injury ypu literally cannot get everything you need at 1 Leroy Merlin u have to travel around... not worth the savings!!! So that is why I used online... not again!
I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom for a number of years, and over the course of this time have had a number of issues when it comes to investigating things such as purchasing data and not receiving, it is then sent to the back office to be investigated and that is where it ends. Even calling them on numerous times it is not resolved and this month is no different. I received my sms with the amount that would be taken off on the 1/10/2020 and as all normal people budgeted that amount, only then to discover almost double that has been taken off my account. When I call Vodacom it is again sent to the back office and will take 3 to 5 working days to resolve, how on this earth can an average person wait 3 to 5 days for double the amount being removed from your account to be returned. And to top that off they try and tell me I have order something, that even if I look back in my order history I have never ordered or requested. We are average middle class people who have budget especially this year, Vodacom have no empathy or have just become too big to care about their customers that keep them in business.
My suggestion to anyone looking for a reliable accountable debtors collectors, should give this company a wide berth. They come up with all excuses to take your money but never get money returned to you. In 14 months we received no money owed to us. Make sure you read the fine print, as we wanted to cancel the contract after 14 months and they informed us that we were locked into another years contract, without being asked or informed, so read the contract carefully! They will not discuss and only threaten you with their legal action if you cancel the debit order, as well as wanting to charge you an exorbitant fee to cancel. They do not get back to you timeously leaving it up to you to phone, email and try and get some sort of response. We have not found this company to be upstanding or their for their clients, purely there for the money they take from you every month
