Wish I had read the reviews before ordering I have been waiting a month for my order and all the tracking says is on its way, the site looks legit but it seems I was ****med and lost a lot of money ,I would not recommend anyone buy from these people
My daughter took my script to clicks bedford centre in April 2025 she asked the gentleman to load the repeats. We went to get my repeat 14th June they could not find the script. The manager gave me my angina tabs told me she was going to call me the next working day and that she was going to see if she could get a new script from my doctor. Today is 5th July I have not received any feedback. How can you lose such an important script
Been receiving my medication from this pharmacy from January 2025 every month is a problem. In May was the first time I received it 2 days before after writing a review , yet again this month I have not received my medication they have sent a out for delivery on Wednesday today is Friday I have not received my medication yet they have delivered my husbands medication on Thurs yet both were dispensed together in May. This is absolutely ridiculous have jonidea why bonitas med aid even does business with them . Now they don't deliver on a Saturday and mon is a public holiday and I have run out of insulin which is for my chronic diabetes do they even care
I joined bonitas med aid and I receive my chronic medication from pharmacy direct..since January I have had endless problems but this month is the worst service I have experienced. My medication was supposed to be delivered 14th April 2025 it was not. I contacted pharmacy direct and the lady I think Ria assured me she was going to get them to deliver today as I am diabetic and have high blood pressure nothing was delivered. I contacted bonitas and the lady simply tells me there's nothing the med aid can do its out of their hands. I sit without medication being a diabetic so they want me to die before anything is done. I did not get any calls I receive a message we tried to contact you that was it and yet there are 2 numbers to call
Placed a order on the 19th May 2024, a week later received some of the items as the rest were being shipped from abroad. A pair of shoes arrived with nails sticking out they collected and refunded after 1 week wait, then I receive a message after almost 2 weeks to say items out of stock ftom abroad was refunded for that, I ordered such cheap jewellery of R137 on top of that I paid R174 customs duty which zando clearly mentions is non refundable if you cancel order. I will not be ordering from this companies global site ever again as I am still waiting for jewellery which will arrive a month later per zando 15th June.
I purchased a cctv camera uniview 5mp 2.8mm on the 25th march 2024. I received it about 2 weeks later unfortunately it did not work or was not compatible with my hilook dvr so they collected. After a week I spoke to Happy Mamphaga who i have been going back and forth with stating courier lost camera. I requested a swop for a different camera after 2 weeks I get a email no stock. I have requested a refund today is 3rd May 2024 I have still not received it. I then get a email 2 days ago with a video showing camera is working I told happy I have requested a refund it is almost 2 months I am waiting for my money I have still no response
I purchased coats on the 13th April 2024. It was stated takes 12 - 14 working days to deliver. I enquired at 12 days no response today is 15 working days no response to emails and there is no contact number to directly contact them.
Bought an inverter paid R1059 6000w on 24th July 2023 stated delivery 1-3 days that is why I ordered only to be told takes 15 days for delivery. After receiving the parcel in 9 days the inverter cut off making a terrible noise after 1 hour of use. I've been going back and forth via email with Laura and after 7 days after sending a video showing the noise she tells me it was tested before being sent so how could it last for 1 hour after delivery. Then she told me to get someone to fix it and send receipt to them I will be refunded for that. Then she tells me to send the inverter back to China I asked who pays for custom duties she told me to use postnet or post office. I gave now lost this money as 7 days have passed cannot return it due to back and forth with Laura. They a big ****mers I would advise people not to buy I learnt the hard way
I purchased a hisense 50 inch android led tv and 3 surge plugs on the 22nd December 2022 online. I did not receive a invoice and when my husband called the next day we were told the order was cancelled because I ordered the TV using my name to purchase but my sons TV licence. I asked why were we not contacted the lady by the name of fezile m told us we need to create a profile using my sons name which we did and emailed her details to date no response from her. On the 31st December I received a call from felicia to ask if the TV has been delivered I said no she asked if the plugs have been delivered I said no. On the 1st January 2023 I received a call from a lady at the kempton branch to ask if the TV was delivered I said no shouldn't it have shown on your records that it's delivered she told me it looks like it went to dispatch she will call me back never did. So on the 3rd January I sent a email on their help line mentioning the issue all of a sudden the 4th January the same felicia who contacted me before calls me to say head office told her to cancel order and refund so i asked why she told me she has no idea so I ask so how long must I wait for a refund she tells me 14 working days I told her this is unacceptable I paid R6710 which is a lot of money i want an immediate refund they refused so now I must wait till almost the end of January for my money whereas they should have stipulated online no stock available. These people are very unprofessional in their handling of a situation. To date no monies have been received I will never buy from hi fi corp again
I WON 7 TICKETS ON THEIR COMPETITION LINE I DIALLED THE NO 0813059740 AND IT SAID AN AGENT WOULD CONTACT ME IN 36 HRS. SATURDAY 9TH MAY 2015 A LADY NAMED DOREEN CALLED ME AND I GAVE HER MY EMAIL ADRESS. SHE SAID SHE WOULD BE SENDING ME A FORM TO FILL IN ON MONDAY 11.05.2015 TO DATE NOTHING HAS COME THOUGH. I CALLED THIS NO THE WHOLE WEEK NO RESPONSE. I SENT EMAILS 5 DAYS AGO TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES NO RESPONSE. I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER. SHE DOESNT HAVE CONTROL OVER THE COMPETITION, I GOT MY SON TO DIAL THE COMPETITION LINE 4 Days AGO ON HIS NUMBER STIL NO RESPONSE.. I AM DISGUSTED AS I WON THESE TICKETS WHICH I WAS GOING TO TAKE MY FAMILY TO GOLD REEF CITY AS ONE OF THE THEME PARKS IN THE PRIZE. IT LOOKS LIKE THIS IS A SCAM MCDONALDS IS RUNNING TO GET CUSTOMERS. THE COMPETITION CLOSES 24TH MAY 2015 SO I GUESS I WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE PRIZE DISAPPOINTING. DESRIEE
