I called Standard Bank I was assisted by Nobuhle Mbele over the phone. My accounts were blocked after I got a new phone, she was patient, and had clear instructions. She understood the product so well. She did everything in her capacity to assist me. With my kids talking in the background she became calm, and took me through the entire process. I managed to see my accounts again. Thanks Standard Bank for being helpful.

I had made up my mind that I would never go to the 3@1 at Clearwater mall ever again. I've been using them for the past 7 years, but since the beginning of the year they have changed employees and the service has been bad, not friendly at all and not welcoming. So I had moved to Cresta now which is lovely there (always). Today I was rushing in the evening, worried about loadshedding I decided to go to Clearwater because they close at 7pm, a shock of my life happened there. There is a new tall guy who has respect for other people and is friendly. He smiled!! I kid you not! At Clearwater I got a smile for the first time this year and I felt like a valuable customer. I want to congratulate Clearwater mall for (possibly) realising the impact on customers and fixing it. Because of the friendly service I'll be using both Cresta and Clearwater from now on.
Njabulo was very rude. When he was supposed to pick my 6 years old son from swimming lessons he made him get off the car because he said he just went to the car wash and my son's trousers were dirty. He told his Aunt that the child trousers are dirty and he drove off. He asked the boy to get off then he drove off. This was a very rude experience and unfortunately my son went through this horrible experience.
I was assisted by Vickie Du Preez, she was friendly in her service. She put effort in calling me back, she explained the process clearly what i need to do as a new business owner on their platform. All the emails and follow ups that she said she will do, she did, and avail herself to assist. Such wonderful service, prompt response and reasonable deal. Thank you for making me feel like a valued client.
I would like to appreciate the good service and advise on the combo from Mpho Muravha at Fairlands Walk branch. She was respectful in the manner that she communicated with me.
Cresta mall post office will open only one window to help when there is a long queue of customers waiting. service is very slow, the only people concerned about clients are the security at the door. 5 windows with computers but only one working because other people are doing admin. Why do admin when people are waiting? Very poor service.
I would like to apprentice Lerato Hadebe at Medical Center in Constantia Office Park who was helping me yesterday when I was getting medication for my mother. She was friendly and professional. When she gets distracted by a colleague while helping me, she comes back to apologize and explains medication accordingly. I generally felt respected by her when she was helping me, I find her warm personality to be great for a client facing profession. Thank you Dischem.
Been waiting for my parcel for so long! Tracking number says it's in transit then delivery guy takes it back to the warehouse, AGAIN?? No one responded to any of my 4 emails sent on different days!! Spoke to Sindiswa Ngwenya call center she promised that my parcel BUFZA3090150016YQ will be delivered before Friday. It's Friday and AGAIN it wasn't delivered. Whatssap line is poor service, they said parcel is with Fastway I called Fastway and it was wrong information. This is PATHETIC service. I see why you don't have a Twitter account, it wouldn't be good for you.
Im expecting a parcel from SHEIN. Buffalo drops the call center lines, they don't respond to the whatssap line and the email address provided to resolve issues they don't respond to it. I can see that the delivery guy sent my parcel back to warehouse and I have no idea why!! There is absolutely no way to get in-touch with buffalo through all their channels. Im very disappointed at this poor service, they are absolutely unreachable!! Pathetic!!
