Firstly, called in to place a takeaway order. Gentleman who answered the phone could not speak nor understand english. Secondly, and far more important - we ordered the takeaway nachos with beef. It was disgusting to say the least. The nachos were soggy, the food cold, the cheese old and the food thrown together in the box. I have emailed bossa@sunningdale and no response. Needless to say will never order again from them.
I added my new credit card two weeks ago. Today I receive an email saying that my payment didnt go through as my old card does not exist anymore. What is wrong with you people. Its been updated on your site yet you dont have the correct info.
So many times I have ordered only to be told two days later the item is out of stock.. And it takes 14 days to refund. Promises of delivery by a certain date and it doesnt happen. Makro should look into their suppliers more carefully. I will not be purchasing again from Makro.

I have purchased once before to test. Second time I purchased there are issues. I ordered on 5 August, have paid customs duty and now they say the "order is on hold - consignee to pay charges" You cannot get hold of anyone at Temu and Skynet are completely useless, my tracking no apparently does not exist and I have no idea what is going on with my order. Skynet should not be used and I will not order again if they are the couriers. Also, will think twice before ordering from Temu again if I cannot follow up what is going on.
If i could give them zero stars also - I would. You cannot get hold of them, they dont answer calls or respond to whatsapp. My tracking no does not exist on their site.. Absolutely useless.
Shocking service. If I could give a - 100 score i would. I purchased a fridge on 22 May, two minutes later I cancelled the order as the size was incorrect. I called in asking for a refund. Since then I have called 6 or 7 times and every time I get the run around. Either the ref no does not exist or its gone to finance, and this morning I am told an agent has been appointed. What absolute nonsense. I want my refund today! Disgusted with Game.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received from you. As a customer who has maintained a policy with your company for a while, I am deeply disappointed by the recent experiences I have had and feel compelled to bring them to your attention. Once again, 2 months after my accident, I have had no word from Discovery as to the progress of repairs on my vehicle. Finally today, I am called by the repairer to be told that the vehicle is ready, however the front headlight which was replaced (used part) is not correct and a new headlight needs to be ordered. On asking why this wasn't done in the first place I am told that Discovery authorised only a second hand part. Now I need to wait a further week (9 weeks in total) for my vehicle to be ready. I need Discovery to give the repairer authorisation for a new part immediately. Angry, furious and frustrated client. If I do not receive a satisfactory response today, I will be left with no choice but to consider further steps, including lodging a complaint with the relevant regulatory authorities.
Shocking service. Ordered item on 16th April and on the site says delivery on 24th April. I called yesterday to confirm all in order for delivery only to be told they have not let the seller know. They promise to escalate. Call this morning to find out what is going on, only to be told that the Seller has not been updated with my order. Makro customer service tells me they just put a delivery date on the site but its "inaccurate". Unacceptable.. I could have purchased this item anywhere and had it the next day. Not impressed and will probably never shop there again.
My accident occurred on 17 March and the only feedback I have had is that Discovery have the assessment. I have emailed enquiring as to the repairs of the vehicle but no response, yet again. Today is the 10th of April (almost a month) and I do not know if the vehicle is being repaired or just standing. The only time I have any feedback is after I lodge a complaint here.
