I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Alcia de Goede for her outstanding service. She truly went above and beyond to assist me with my claim, and her support made all the difference. I am incredibly grateful for her professionalism, kindness, and dedication.
The service is excellent until they have your money and then you are on your own. I bought 2 Kia Picantos from them. On signing the Finical manger explained that we have a service plan for 30 and 45 000km. We booked the 1 car for a service and was told the service plan is for 45 and 60 000km, by the dealership we wanted to take it to for the service. When communicating with the sales agent we were told to phone Liquid Capital to find out about the service plan. The Finical manager is just not responding.
I traded my car in and it was settled by the garage I bought my new car at. Then they send me an account with an outstanding amount. I then forwarded the settlement document paid by the garage. Wesbank send me a letter stating I don't owe them any money and what happened today my account get debited. When a car is settled you don't owe them any more money.
We recently took out a LTE 4g contract. On the day we explained to the sales person that we are moving to a small holding and there is no fibre. We need the signal and the download and upload speed to be fast enough for my son to play online games by using a LAN cable. The speed is so slow he can't even do a Google search. We would have never done the contract if we new this would happen. I would have gone with a different provider.
I would recommend that all FNB short term insurance clients be aware that Cash Investigation Group are looking for loopholes in your insurance not to payout your claims. They also pay the assessors, bonuses for not intertaning your claim. I would advice FNB and other insurance companies clients to be careful of Crash Investigation Group and ask for another assessment company if Cash Investigation Group is appointed to assess your claim.

<div>I am now waiting now 3 years for them to be getting out of debt review. After a long struggle I have manage to get them all the clearance certificates and low and behold to day they needed another clearance certificate. I am now 9 years under debt review which was suppose to be 5 years. I won't recommend any one going under debt review. the National Credit regulator is just as incompetent as what these people are, they promise you the world and everything will go smoothly....not at all. The only reason there is 1 star is so I could wright a review</div>
My husband past away 3 years ago. For the last 2 and a half years we have been trying to get a paid up letter, but it seem to be to much of an effort to do so. The account is in a credit.... so you owe me money. The estate lawyer have asked for the letter and you send the accounts. If it will make you as an entity richer keep the money...... can I just please have the paid up letter.
