Yrrrr I'm waiting for parcel since 31 March 2023,they told me the parcel is out til today,it's the 6th of April nothing,going for Easter weekend with expired license disk
We agreed on a monthly subscription of R129,1st month they took R264 claiming initiation fees,i understood,2nd month the took R264 again,i cant tolerate dat,they must come remove their unit asap otherwise i wil block their debit
There was a purchase with my card worth of R180 at glocell,I had a card with me and it was around 21H00,I emailed Rcs to investigate,they not responding,I tried calling i lost airtime of R110 jst holding,
I settled my account with this company,and closed the account but they keep on sending statements that im owing,so disgusting
They offered me a sim card with 20gb,and pay fixed R149,they send me 2 sim card and their bill is now 3 times we agreed,now I must pay penalties for cancellation,of which I can't afford
I made a payment of R1350 on the 8th of march 2021 and paid amount of R1300 on the 29th of March 2021,they are saying they don't see payment of the 8th,asked me to send proof of payment of which I did,I send it 5 times but still they can't help,now they put my account on arrears,it's 2 months now,they call everyday day demanding,

Poor service from this guy's, there's a guy called andries, doesn't have a conscience, doesn't feel sorry for pain his company is causing to poor people,he dribbles the people,they can't hournoir their promise,we waited for veggies for 4 hours,they didn't provide family car,en no chairs, benefit reduced
Very very dissapointing service by the above-mentioned funeral scheme,my mother in law paid them since 2011, but the failed to serve her with dignity,the failed to provide family car,they didn't have chairs for the bereaved,it was a real disaster,disgrace see people standing with their feet under their tent,those people owe us a huge refund,they gave us half of the benefit saying wen de old man reach 65 his cover drops,but we didn't know,they are very dodgy.they send the andries guy to play dirty game,we will definitely report them to ombudsman
I would like to thank Sa taxi protect for attending to my claim as soon as they could,my claim was delayed by PG Glass,on their side everything was quick,thanks to THULA who is responsible for glass claim,he cares ,follow up,
