Hi THERE I am in a desperate need of your help and advice pleaseI had originally booked to Fly to Estonia on booking reference booking ZA07931778...the flight was cancelled due to pandemic issues .A travel voucher was issued however but we still could not travel .The travel voucher number is 2354561854558 The travel voucher date was extended for another year but we still could not travel The whole thing has become a mess and a nightmare of not knowing what and when to do anything I have been advised by the travel agency - Travelstart -Melissa Eksteen - to reach out to you to find a solution for me because the voucher would have to be redeemed by the airline anyway so I may be able to book and fly home to Estonia to visit my ailing and aging grandfather one more time ....please please please help me to find a solution to my now expired voucher and subsequent loss of the fees I paid … Anxiously awaiting for your favourable response
I really really would like to speak to a consultant ...all I need to do is check if my travel voucher is still valid ...thats it nothing else just let. me know if my travel voucher is still valid or not ....Please call me travelstart please please please
Aramex is setting a new low in pathetic incompetent customer service.Waitin a whole week just to get a delivery delivered to my door .No response from customer services , no feedback ,no contact numbers for higher level managers..just ongoing incompetence and sick service
Scottys Plant hire Pinetown you guys are the best .I must admit I was a bit sceptical about hiring you guys or any plant hire really since I am a complete newbie at this .Further I did in fact chose a slightly cheaper company from Chatsworth and I learned my lesson really quick about how you get what you pay for and that cheap isn't always the best route.Still even though Scottys Hire Pinetown were slightly more expensive and I did give Lucky a hard time calling him out twice to assess the site etc but Lucky was so professional and accommodating plus he gave his super experienced TLB operator Nicholas who did an outstanding job .I just described to him one time only what I wanted and he delivered .Eric the Pinetown branch manger also super courteous and accommodating as well as very very fair with me and I felt very comfortable dealing with him . All in all I would very very much anyone to use their services . I am very happy with my job that Scottys Pinetown team have delivered
What a really great team to work with . I initially hired a local Chatsworth TLB and earthworks company to do my work but was very soon to regret taking that option . I then hired Scottys to use their TLB. Firstly let me tell you they are great professionally .A very efficient Sales rep Lucky was on the ball coming to site twice to assure me they would do a great job and he was not wrong , very patient and concise and on time . Their TLB operator Nicholas ..wow what can i say , he was just excellent .Worked with zero supervision and did the job perfectly and with 100 % dedication to time usage and great amount of skill. Eric the branch manager ( I think) very efficient and diligent . No false promises kept to appointment and business integrity . Just got fibre inner area.Tried to get Webafrica to sign me on .There were some issues which kinda expected so I wrote to Lurrisa Coleman, rather she wrote to me ,to find out what the issue was but still to date no response from them none whatsoever...how do businesses do business like this .They still haven't debited my account which means further delays in my connection getting done and they won't respond to my difficulties
I have an appliance now that is in need of repair under warranty for the third time now ....tried calling the Makro national call centre to login in and get the ball rolling .Problem is that the two consultants( one of which is named Charmaine) that I spoke to are completely unaware of how to deal with my query / fault logging.It was terribly disappointing to have to hang on while she tried to figure outlaw do deal withy issue .Makro management should definitely look into hiring the right people for the jobs that they undertake to do because to affects the way we now see the company .
<div>Just moved over to RAIN the R479 package . A real disappointment in speed and delivery .My internet connection feels more like the old 56 k modem days . Yes I have moved the router around , placing next to windows etc no joy there . Its ok if you want a 24 hour connection but just to check mail etc but not for all use Netflix , youtube etc ...I wouldn't take it </div>
Today is the 1st of September 2020....my line has been suspended since Friday last week.i have calling 135 and getting a " service champion " to assist and still to date my line is still suspended ...Ok now let tell you my account is not in arrears at all whatsoever but still I her been suspended and I have not received any reason why I have been suspended ....what a very very disappointing service provider to deal with .....
I have a shipment that is meant to be delivered to me today. The tracking portal says my package is in " Shipment exception ". I am trying to get hold of customer service from FEDEX but it is impossible ...no answer ...no service .How does a Company like Fedex do business like this ?
