I have an existing wifi account with them referance S0129494 i paid the monthly amount of R499 the 29 december 2023 early morning. The afternoon of 29 dec 2023 i took another product 25 gb internet sim ref number SSL 02138463 there was a R 298 upfront payment that i made. When i checked my order status i saw that they still wanted payment i phoned them on the 011 3005800 number first guy i spoke too seem to be an idiot he halfway through the complaint put the phone down in my ear. I phoned again very nice lady helped me. Seems a new referance was created with my new order and the R298 payment was then redirected to my R499 account as according to the lady showed outstanding. How i dont know as its 2 different ref numbers she requested i send her proof of payment for the R499 on their whatsapp number i did she confirmed receipt. She then told me that she will send it to accounts to fix it i must be patient as they only open tuesday 2 jan 2024 then they will fix it. So its the 8 jan 2024 17:55 and 0 was done to correct this fault! I had to make an upfront payment and no simcard as of yet. I tried phoning today pushed 3 for accounts phone just ringing. Phoned again pushed 1 phone also just ringing. Very dissapointed in their service!!!
So i phoned Clientele was assisted by a guy think i heard his name is Thabo. I explained we are in need of assistance from a labour lawyer as my husband was let go at work without being retrenched working there 3yrs 2 companies one owner. I was told there must be an assesment done first. Then why do i pay a legal policy of R310 every month and when i need a lawyer its this long story telling till your phone dies and you dont get the assistance you need or ask for.
They dont deserve any star i paid them R8000 end nov 2022 to look into my husband's prescibed debt issue and for me rahabilitation on sequestration. In march 2023 i received no communication and started phoning all the whatsapp numbers and office numbers. When they awnser the people im asking for is either in court or not there they will phone me back! No phonecalls received eventually i spoke to a new lawyer Clare Bruce and communicated via email just to find out the date i was given as a court date 15 Aug 2023 for my seq application never existed and i was **** to! After sending my proof of payment bankstatements, proof of banking details i was told my money of R4000 will be refunded. That was 3 aug 2023 then i waited no payment was received again i phoned i was told payments are processed between 25th and 31st I phoned the 1st was told they will follow up and phone me monday yet again no call!!! I phoned 12:20 today the man at accounts said they have loadshedding will phone me in an hour. Yet again no phonecall. Its 17:20. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY LIE, MISINFORM AND DECEIVE!!! They take your money and you have to beg call email to no avail!!!! Im opening a ******** case with all my proof, emails, whatsapp and sms messages as proof. NEVER EVER PAY THEM MONEY!!! H Myburg

I took out a legal policy with them R319 pm they have been deducting for 2 months end of this month 3. I was sent an sms with my policy number Welcome to Auto & General, your VAP policy number is 610202345. Please contact us on 0860 104 789 for enquiries. Ins&FSP. I am in need of their services now been phoning for 2 days people awnser i give my policy number im told its not correct. How i mean this was sent from them. Either way the gentleman took my id got my details told me they will phone me till this morning no call. I phoned again this time a lady awnsered again my policy number dont exist takes my id get my details. I tell her i phoned yesterday and nobody phoned me till now. She asks my cell no i give it she says but there is a 082 number on the system. So i told her how because i dont use that number its been 2 yrs and i registered with my new number she asked my new number again and as of yet still no call. I am very dissapointed in their service! Quick to take your money very very slow in delivering a service!
Oh boy what a ride after almost 2 months no internet and still paying every month going to the kimberley office, calling them again going to their office this monday 0 service. I do not know how a company employ's people who dont do their work cant sort out your problem have to call other. I personally spoke to a guy to change my number on the system i mailed them 7 jan 2023 have the proof even showed him on monday. At the end the idiot on the phone tells me then its my telkom router by the way i have been using the router since 5 yrs ago i got vox. So i tell the office guy then just order me a vox router. Ok he will log a call. Like ffff really cant you do it now in your office? 2min later he tells me this poepol who was on the phone sent him a message saying our line is inactive. REALLLLYYYY? Idiot we have not been able to log in to your internet for almost 2mnths thats why!!!! The worst service i ever received from any company. Worst part people are complaining on kimberley fb pages about the kimberley branch for months! Maybe its time you take a good look at your kimberley branch!!! Dis n skande!!!! On a better note i decided to call Vox customer care and applied to get a router what a nice fast experience! Just waiting for the router to be delivered. The guy also changed my number in two ticks. Now why did your kimberley branch have so much stories and lies? Because they lazy or just not clued up? They dragging your name through the mud and chasing away your customers!
Ordered, paid, for a grade 10 besigheidsstudie leerdersboek in dec 2022 received nothing till now. Phoned them yesterday the guy takes all the info order number, shipment number name surname cell number he will follow up now and phone me back. Day 2 nothing! School has started almost +- R460 later still no book or feedback i will not recommend anyone to make use of their services!
So i was sequestrated its been more than 1 yr 3months my court ordered amount was paid since ive been struggeling for african bank to remove their accounts from my credit profile. Eventually they removed one but left the ctedit card account. How in the hell do they remove one but not the other? Half work. My contact was this email abbee@africanbank.co.za. yet none of my mails are awnsered and this bad credit remains. Ibwas told they did communicate with the trustee of my sequestration. I want this removed from my profile with immediate effect. This is now affecting my credit profile and it was paid as per court order. Why must i struggle with this? Get your house in order!
I bought a chevy spark 1.2 ls that came from them its been a week im struggeling to get hold of the relevant person to assist me from their jhb and capetown office. I need to register the vehicle in my name the proxy at our traffic shows a mr BM van ZYL ID 7503045249089 our traffic department did not accept the letter that was supplied to me. I need a clear original letterhead with the proxy's details and also a business regestration certificate but im being sent from one person to another when i phone. I AM GATVOL!
