Never trust FOM online, bought an item online paid in full and after 4days I need to find out that they don’t have stock and cant tell me when I will get the same stock! Shocking
FNB is taking money from clients wrongfully and then make it the client's problem to get the monies back. On 14 July 2020 an email was sent to FNB to close my account because of the Debt Review process, account balance was then R0.00 On 29 July 2020 a follow up email was sent to FNB again as no response was received from previous email. On 14 September 2020 a follow up email was sent to FNB again as no response was received from previous TWO emails. On 07 October 2020 a follow up email was sent to FNB again as no response was received from previous THREE emails. On 15 November 2020 a follow up email was sent to FNB again as no response was received from previous FOUR emails. Received back an email from FNB on 9 December 2020 saying the account is being investigated, and after that no feedback was received. On 03 June 2025 as I was busy to finalize my Debt Review process, I was shocked to realize that the account was never closed and the account is now in arrears of R7667.00 I AGAIN wrote to FNB to close account and correct the balance. On 25 July 2025 FNB rep**** saying that I must go to branch to close account as there are an outstanding balance R8087.10 I am not responsible for the cost involved for FNB’s poor service. I wonder how many clients are being done in by the financial institute.
It amazes me that how all these credit bureaus can quickly add you to a negative credit profile but once you pay and settle your debt, they take forever to clear the history and remove the flag. My flag was removed but payment history never cleared so my record is still in the red. And when you query the status of changes, the standard reply is you can log a dispute and guess what wait another 20 days. Terrible service from Transunion

Requested a pai-up letter for my credit card account with Discovery almost 2 weeks ago, no response received! Poor client service when you phone and request to speak to someone regarding the issue! I guess the generic response I will get now is that they will respond within 5 days and then I need to wait another 5 days, making the process a month long issue.
Settled my account in full, and now Wesbank is delaying my paid up letter and closing out the account by asking proof of payments of all previous payments, all my accounts are on my FNB profile so payments are done by direct transfer so please tell me how I must issue you with PoP is this was done by transfer, check your statements check your balances! How can you confirm in an email that the account is settled and paid up but you cannot issue me with the paid up letter???? This is just another FNB delay tactic not to pay out the overdue amount
The only bank that will always be on time with debit order and sometimes even before the agreed date, but soon as you need client service from their side it takes forever. I requested paid up letters from this institute for my accounts that was paid and always there is a delay. And best of all is that when you follow up after 5 days they tell you again it will take another 5 days and then they will require prior proof of payments. YOU never asked for PoP before and the transfer is done from my FNB account to yours that is on my FNB profile so how must Iget a PoP for internal transfer from FNB to FNB. This is just lazy client service and nothing else
To service your car at VW Lindsay Saker Edenvale will be your worst experience ever. And the worst is that this is now second time that I had to take my car back to them after a service. Was first there in the morning, when I phoned at 14:00 I was told they will call now for service plan approval, but my car will be ready at 15:00. Only got my car after 16:00 and driving less than 500m out of service centre the engine lights came on. had to take it back AGAIN. I dont trust their service and will never use them again
The only thing that is working in this company is the debit order every month! Otherwise, they don't attend to issues that your system is experience, the issue was reported last month already that my batteries is not charging full, and they were supposed to come and have a look at this but still no one came! I called again yesterday, and I was then told that it might be a setting on their side??? So, you telling me that GoSolr is controlling the use of the system at your expence? So for the last 2 months my electricity account is much higher cause this company decide when and how the system that I pay for should work! I am sure there are other companies in the same business that is much more transparent!
This company doesn't sell perfume that is close to the real deal. So don't even think about buying from them
