I asked for assistance from this company. They haven't done anything for me in a span of 8 years. I've emailed, I've tried calling, and I got no response from them...EVER. I want them to remove me from their books, and remove themselves from my ITC. It's pointless having them, when they haven't done anything to help me in any way, shape or form.

Last week Saturday I was sent 350 pounds, and I still haven’t received it to date. Something tells me my money has been ****** by the bank. It’s not the first time I’m sent pounds by the same person so this is fishy
If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. The app kicked me out after they debited from my account. Can I please have my refund…? We live in tough times and one can’t just lose such money. You guys are useless
I don’t understand why I can’t make an immediate payment to another bank between 10pm and 6am. Not even the bank itself is able to reverse those funds or even move it to an immediate payment. I need those funds and now I am unable to access them because of this stupid rule that doesn’t make sense. TymeBank is trash. I’ve lost about +-R2000 coz people have not received the money I send to them. Today, I’ve sent someone over R130 coz of this useless bank being down. Just close down guys. You’re useless
Last week Thursday, I bought a phone from CNA after the phone I as using just stopped charging. Upon signing my receipt of this phone, I was told that I can bring it back after 7 days if I find a problem with it, or if something is wrong with the device. Around 22:30pm on 13 Dec 2017, the screen went white, making it impossible for me to send texts or answer calls. Keep in mind that this is a phone I've only had for 6 days. Yesterday I drove back to Sandton to try and sort this issue out. When I got there, I was told that my 7 days is up, and that they now had to take it in for repairs. As far as I'm concerned, the first 24 hours is the same time next day, and not when I put my signature down on that paper. I am now expected to sit without a phone for the next 21 days (minimum) without a phone. That means I must buy a 3rd phone - just so that people can get hold of me - while the phone I bought 7 days ago is gone for 21 days? I truly think your counting system and your policies are flawed. CNA has offered the worst service of goods I have gotten in years.
I've been trying to book for quiet some time now, that's after my voucher number was confirmed, and that I can now use it. One can't even call them, coz the call time is so ridiculous, waiting for 50min to make a booking is not on. We have an agreement, I've held up my side of the agreement, and I expect the same in turn. Somebody better get back to me.
You guys took R7 000 as a deposit. Yes, I returned the car late, and it's supposed to go to a valet, and maybe some extra km's. It still doesn't make sense as to why I only got R2 600 odds from my refund. I want the invoice so I can understand as to why I got so little money back from the deposit. Now I'm struggling to get an invoice from you????? What kind of Mickey Mouse games are you guys playing???? Somebody better answer me. Besides, I was supposed to get the invoice before the refund was made. Please (and don't let me ask again), attend to this.
I get the feeling that my previous complaint wasn't taken seriously. Guys, I need the money that you held as a deposit? Why must returning MY MONEY take so long?
