Appalling customer engagement and service. Expect chaos, abruptness and a rude engagement with all the sales staff. They seem to offer a consistently bad experience (whether you go there during the week when they are quiet or when busy on a weekend). Collections is equally an appalling experience. Sadly it seems to only be this branch that offers such a consistently bad experience because we have only ever had great experiences at all of their other branches (including the Cpt head office). This has been an ongoing problem for at least a year and nothing is being done about it. Look at all the other customer reviews.
Doppio Zero Pineslopes has become truly amazing! I’ve supported them for more than 10 years but lately the service, quality of food and speed of service has become outstanding! Keep it up!

[Sunday 14 Jan| 09h51] Great waiters but really bad service from the kitchen - how can an egg and bacon order take more than an hour? I was also the first person to arrive when the restaurant opened. The 3 other tables that then arrived afterwards placed their orders and all received their food... I was then eventually offered a cold plat of food... imagine!
How can a burger take 1h32 to make??? My online order was placed and confirmed at 17h51 - the driver arrived (350meters up the road from steers) at 19h23. Steers pineslopes didn’t bother to call to advise there was a problem. Didn’t cancel the order. Isn’t a burger supposed to be fastfood - how can a hornet meal arrive after 38 minutes on Mr D but a burger from steers takes 1h32! Imagine!
After a transaction failed I corresponded through their support email as they do not answer their phones. Week by week it became clear that even though they had agreed to provide the refund they then responded less and less with updates on the progress of issuing the refund - eventually they have just stop responding. Now with a police docket open and filing for a record through the consumer protection act we can start building a case against them. The problem is that from all these cases against PC Link they continue to put themselves out there for other unsuspecting victims of fraud. We need to all work together to take action and find a way to get these guys convicted.
I recently purchased new stack-doors from RDA Aluminium for my home. RDA Aluminium have been extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, kept to their word and provided regular communication, provided exceptionally well made doors and completed the installation beautifully. They also had very competitive pricing for the doors and installation. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family! I wish there were more companies like this in the construction industry!
I have laid a complaint about the poor service at the Pineslopes branch before and I was assured by head office that they were under new management and things would improve. I have experienced another series of bad service encountered at the Pineslopes Branch again. I have spoken to the manager than doesn't seem to concerned about providing poor service on an ongoing basis. Surely it is time to shut down this branch before you do permanent damage to your brand?
Why is checkers pineslopes prompting the increase of covid infection? Once again it’s month-end and checkers pineslopes has decided to decrease the number of open tills during peak times in a bid to spread the inflection amongst those customers That are squeezed together into the queues that back up down the isles. Why reduce the number of customers that can come in or increase the number if operational tills - that would help reduce the infection rate...
Lodged an online application for a basic new small business pay-as-you-use account. Received a confirmation email with reference number. 3 DAYS later heard nothing - called in only to be told that they processing online applications any more. No Comms to customers. A new application Was then created and lodged from scratch. Another day goes by ...hearing nothing. Went into bank branch the next day and was fobbed off with a story that I’d have to wait several more days before they could start the process of creating a new account. How can the creation of a new basic business account take weeks. Surely this is a few hours process. Im definitely going to another bank.
