Cancelled my wifi subscription in September as I moved house. Received an email from Supersonic confirming end of November would be my last month. Debited my account in December despite not having the service. You pay upfront at Supersonic so I paid for November. Sent emails with no response so I had the bank reverse the debit order. Four months later receive a text from Supersonic threatning to hand me over to debt collectors for the reversed R599 which they debited in error. Not once did anybody contact or email me wrt the reversed debit order. More calls to their customer line, said they will look into it. All they did was send me a statement that says I still owe them R599! If Supersonic customer service read these posts, please contact me!
Got a call to offer me a quote from Tumi from Miway. Funny thing this, as Tumi was AI generated and not a real person. Miway, if you want my business then get a REAL person to call me and not a computer, you really can do better than this!
I am trying to cancel my service - once month's notice, but have the following challenge: 1. The OTP service is not working 2. Tried to reset my password, no link emailed. 3. Tried to chat on Whatsapp - under maintenance and not working 4. Tried to call the help centre - call not going through! This is very frustrating as a consumer as I canot get hold of anybody to cancel my service!
Spammed daily via sms with marketing that I have not opted in for. I have checked my Vodacom app and have used the *135*181# option. There is clearly NO opt-in marked for any of their promotions etc, yet I constantly get adverts for Vodapay specials sms'ed to me on a regular basis. Tried to engaged via their Bot called Tobi, had no response after I asked to stop spamming me.
My water was disconnected in error on Monday 8 June. They arrived to switch off an owner who had not paid his rates bill and disconnected me instead. Five days and three escalations, with a ref number, later my water was finally reconnected. No apologies, just terrible service. Five days!!!!!!!!!!!
Purchased R1000 product online on 25 May 2022 Still no order, tracking number could not be found according to RAM Couriers Called on Monday 30th, promised to look into it and contact me back. Emailed customer care on 31st of May 2022 - still no response. Called Customer Care on 02 June 2022, no answer Terrible service!
I purchased some beauty products via Edgars Online and was really suprised by how efficient the process was. Delivery happened two days after I had placed the order, neatly packed and delivered to my door!
Call centre servcie is disgusting. Called on 05/10/21 at 11h05 to speak to somebody in finance as they keep on putting incorrect information on my invoices and I needed to add my VAT number. Had to wait for 20 minutes before I got put through to a consultant, who then tried to put me through to finance. Another 10 minutes later, they hung up!
I have being attempting to get Momentum to pay out my RA for the last 3 months since I resigned from my company. The call centre either don't answer or the person is never available and never calls me back. I have called every day for the last week, emailed the Momentum consultant, and still waiting for service. First time I called, there was an issue with SARS. Second time I called there was another issue with SARS as the consultant didn't send SARS the correct infomation. He has not been available since last week. I have also complained on the company website but not holding my breath for anyone to come back to me soon!
Paid them R169.00 to help me. No assistance once you paid, just a useless screen that meant nothing to me.
