I highly recommend that you visit JD Kustom in Woodmead, Johannesburg. They are absolutely amazing, from their professional approach and customer service. Ask for Sean Blackman when you go there. Sean takes customer service to a very different level, he goes out of his way to assist and always so accommodating and understanding. Actually all the staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with.....try them out you will not regret it. In todays stressful world to find a company like JD Kustom is so refreshing.
Great service and customer experience, I highly recommend a visit to JD Kustom and if JD is in be sure to say hi. The staff are all fantastic and will go out of their way to assist you. Don't just take my word, try them out and experience first class treatment yourself...
I made the bad mistake of going back to Dino's on Monday evening. The first time I went there a few months ago I experienced absolutely shocking service. I ordered a pizza and it was literally dropped onto the table not even in front of me. I leaned forward with my hand and instantly burnt the fingertips on my left hand by the scorching heat from the plate. Almost immediately one could see blisters forming. I called the waitress to ask her to get me some ice. Her response was - put your hand in your coke zero which has ice in it. I was shocked by this response. Who puts a plate like this down without warning the customer and then doesn't care about the consequences. I went to the bathroom and used cold water. I came back and asked for the owner / Manager. A woman who didn't even introduce herself said sorry and that was it. She asked me to please give them another chance, I left and certainly very disappointed in this restaurant. I must add friends had also mentioned to me how bad the service was when they had come through and now support other restaurants. Fast forward to Monday night, I was with my girlfriend and we decided to go to Dinos and see if anything had changed. Fate stepped in and the same appalling waitress showed us to a table. We then ordered, I made it very clear that my drink had to be a Coke Zero as I am diabetic on insulin. Even when the waitress returned ages later finally with our drinks I asked her again to confirm it was a coke zero. She placed a bottle on the table and I started to drink from the bottle, I had a substantial amount to drink and didn't feel well at all. I then had a close look at the bottle and it was normal coke. I then asked again for the owner / Manager and the same woman as first time came over clearly irritated with me. She didn't even listen to me - her first comment was then I shouldn't have ordered a normal coke. we then got up and walked out, this time finally to never agin set foot in this establishment. Times are hard, do not support an organisation that treats their customers so badly. There are numerous far better restaurants just up the road at Leaping Frog that are far superior in every aspect.
I am so sick and tired of Dischem continuously phoning me in connection with repeat scripts. Today I actually went into the Dischem in Sunninghill to get my script this morning and this afternoon I have received two calls from the call centre asking when I am getting my script. The callers cannot even speak or understand english. I am so over Dischem and this continued frustration. Next script I am going back to my old pharmacy where good old fashioned service exists.
I have never experience such atrocious and lying beyond any comprehension. I recently moved my motor vehicle and limited household contents to Outsurance. For the past month i have four times loaded my Cartrack certificate onto my profile, I have spoken to at least 6 different people with different job titles, Gone through untold stress getting Outsurance to open a standard PDF, been promised resolution many times....I have wasted hours, I have shouted, been calm but essentially been stressed out of my tree. I have been blatantly **** to by one of their staff that Ousurance admits their error and apologises and that my premium which was originally quoted at R814p er month would remain. I was also informed that i would be emailed this confirmation. Obviosly true to Outsurance this never happened but what did happen is my premium was put up to R962 per month. I once again phoned this time spoke to Angus who could see the trail of frustration and assured me it would be resolved and put back to my original premium of R814.00. He told me he was going to finally sort out this unacceptable service. Guess what nothing has been done...WHY CAN SOMEONE SENIOR AT THIS PATHETIC COMPANY NOT GET INVOLVED AND NOT TREAT NEW CUSTOMERS SO BADLY...IS LYING NOW ACCEPTABLE...LISTEN TO THE RECORDINGS!!!!
I regrettably went onto the Hippo website last week to compare insurance quotes. I had a look and then logged out, since then I am continuously harassed every few hours by people from Hippo calling, i tried initially to be polite now I am resorting to screaming at them to stop calling me and remove my name and number. This is totally unacceptable as a company to harass someone like this. I must also admit the quotes they supp**** where higher than all the others. Looks like the only way Hippo gets business is by harassing people and not with good competitive rates. My advise do never contact Hippo for anything its not worth the frustration and ongoing harassment...
Last night I took my girlfriend to Yamada Sushi in Rivonia to celebrate a special occasion. In all my years and travels I have never been so disgusted with the atrocious attitude and lack of service shown by the staff. Not one waiter could be bothered to assist us, must be amazing to not give a damn for a customer. To end such an appalling experience we were charged R150.00 for a R45.00 glass of white wine. We never got to celebrate what was supposed to be a special occasion. I cannot emphasis enough the atrocious attitude of the staff and strongly advise people to avoid Yamada Sushi in Rivonia.
The worst Wimpy I have ever been to....dirty table, incompetent staff and the most oily off-putting food imaginable. Absolutely disgusting breakfast experience...my advise there are far better restaurants next door rather go there..
The owner of Cash Converters in Sunninghill without any doubt has the worst customer service ethics I have ever experienced. I have for a week been dealing with one of the assistants David to ask the owner if he could drop the price of one of the many electric guitars they have on display. I was interested in an amplifier they have and decided to also try and buy an electric guitar. Being a pensioner I felt they could have assisted me with even R100 discount. Today the owner who has the worst manners and ethics I have ever seen, basically brushed me off saying he is way to busy for me a customer and that just a no not interested and then walked out the shop. He lost a R1900 potential sale by just accommodating my request for a R100 discount. I WILL NEVER shop there again and will definitely inform everyone to stay away and NEVER support them. Utterly disgusting service - I really hope that Cash Converters Head Office look into this very seriously as the Sunninghill shop is utterly appalling. Who does the owner think he is to treat people like this?????
