payment issues
I made a payment on the 30/11/2023 already and the payment is still not showing got an email saying they tried to contact me which they did not and also send the proof of payment from my bank but the payment is still not allocated to the correct account that was paid

Horrible customer care
What is interesting is at the beginning the email stated that installation will be done within 7 work days now that it is the 7th work day now they say 7-14 work days no resolve has been given and openserve has not even made an attempt to make contact regarding the installation even though the website also stated 7 working days for installation to be completed, Completely disappointed with these providers

just want to commend the amazing service I received from Kriven Naidoo, After the break in claim Kriven was assigned and came through to me to do the assessment he was absolutely amazing and helpful throughout the whole process, after the assessment he made sure to keep me updated with regards to the claim and made sure I understand everything, Thank you so much for the amazing service that you offered!

Absolutely no response from them
I ordered fibre from webafrica on the 7th January, my router was delivered on Tuesday already but openserve has still not contacted me in any way for installation I have send numerous messages on different platforms but still no response, completely pathetic service
