1.The bus arrived late 2. The driver played music throughout the journey even in the middle of the night, a time when we passengers want peace and quiet. Some had little babies and had to put up with the radio. Beyond 10pm it should be quiet. 3. Many passengers also had their phones on social media like tiktok without earphones. It was really annoying 😑
I was sold a product this morning as I was due for an upgrade. The operator doesn't tell me that the contract will be effected on the 7th of December and canceled the contract I had and leaves me with no data. He did not talk to me about canceling and now I have no data and cannot do my studies.
My husband has been waiting for an ambulance since morning 10 am up to now. No ambulance has arrived and his condition is critical
We left Matatiele yesterday evening to Johannesburg but the bus is not in good condition and we are still on the way . We are fearing for our lives
I took insurance for my phone with Csurance underwritten by Hollard and when lodging a claim they are taking me from pillar to post and they go on to say that my policy was canceled which is not true .upon asking who canceled my policy they can't tell me,they say their system just gives them a reason but doesn't say who. How is that even possible, why is there no trail of the cancelation.? This entire week iam not getting any help
I left my phone at cell c Galleria for repairs and they didn't follow due procedure and my insurance is failing to pay for the repairs and when i try calling Noone is picking up or returning my call. I have even sent the consultant who was assisting me an sms ,she is not responding and my repairs quote is expiring in a few days
It's the second time iam buying from Bash after I stumbled on it on FB. I ordered yesterday the 30th of October 2023 and today the 31st October I have received my parcel and iam in the rural eastern cape. I'm thoroughly impressed by their service and quality of the beauty products I ordered
I bought a Kambrook iron on the 28th of July and this iron is heating up but not enough to iron cotton or linen and today on the 11th of Sept when I request an exchange the store and they are being arrogant and asking me if I know how to use the various settings and refusing to give me an exchange.
They deliver on time and their products are just great
On Friday 21 July I got a data router from MTN kokstad on a month to month basis and iam unable to get connected. Each time I call their number Noone picks up. When I call their call centre there is no option for someone who doesn't have an mtn number.. I therfore cannot get through. I live 70km away from the store and not possible for me to drive there. Iam sad because I already paid but not getting any service
