My Merc was finance through Wesbank. Paid off in 2022. I asked for the RC1 papers, which I never received. I want to sell my vehicle just to find out that it is still in Wesbank name and I need to pay and wait 7 days for it to be transferred. Why is there no communication about this??
I went to Nedbank Woodlands 12 weeks ago to revise homeloan. I was sent from pillar to post. Finally after two weeks I went to sent everything via email back. Since then I sent numerous emails to find out wat was going on...still no reply. I went to Woodlands branch one again, they told me I cant see him without an appointment, which I need to make via email. So, thats what I did!! Still no reply!!!
We do have a homeloan with Nedbank for 6 years. We pay much more every month. 6 weeks ago we wanted to loan what we paid of....still waiting...no joy. Everytime they ask for documents which we sumbitted weeks ago.
Samsung Active watch broke. Two days after year guarantee. I took watch to New World. Which sent it to Samsung Pretoria Hillcrest. I paid R6131.10 for a R7199 watch to be repaired on 11 Oktober 2021. They said will take 10-15 working days. It took 20 working days. BUT I received a black watch instead of Rose Gold. Technician Jonas said he will order the Rose Gold but I may wear the watch till he received the Rose Gold. I phone numerous times, each time he told me it is on order. I also sent Nono a lot of emails. They did not even answer most of the time. On the 15th of December Nono said she escalated everything to the manager Louis. I did not hear anything from him on 20 Dec, he also did not reply. I phoned him. He was very rude and said he will have it on 24 Dec. I went there on the 24 the and Jonas replaced it. On the 28 th it broke again. I did sent Jonas an email. he said I do have a 3 months warranty and that I must bring it back. I took it back after I returned from holiday. Jonas said it will again take 2 weeks. I asked to speak to the manager. Jonas was very helpful and took me to him. When Jonas told him who I was, he turned his back on me said it was my fault it broke (I promise it was not) and that I must pay again R6000 for it to be repaired. He said Nono will sent a quote. I decided to rather leave before I said something nasty. Never in my life did I meet such a rude manager. How Samsung could appoint him only they will know. After 5 days I phoned them to ask for the quote. All of a sudden I need to pay an amount again to receive the quote and damage report. When I spoke to Louis and said I will Hello Peter them, I received it that afternoon. He just put the phone down , not even said goodbye. Very very very rude, unprofessional and useless
I had a contract with Vodacom since 1998. I went to Cell C in 2019 because Vodacom service was poor. After my two year contract with Cell C I decided to go back to Vodacom just because cell C signal was bad in our area. Their service was world class. I went to a Vodacom store on Monday. They said they need to port my number, and that they will phone me the next morning to finalize the contract. The next afternoon I went in to ask them, because I did not have reception for a day. No excuse, they just started to do the contract. Needless to say, I signed everything, was told everything was okay. Tomorrow it will be four days with out reception. The Vodacom shop said everything on their side is perfect...they will escalate it and it will take 48 hours. I am working from home....do they think it is okay if you can not be contacted in 5 days??
They "repair" pool leak. After that our solar panels did not work and the water level still dropped. I struggled for a week to get them back. This time the leak was somewhere else. Each time i paid him promptly. Still it was not fixed. I tried to contact the owner SJ to come out again. He just ignore my phone calls and messages. Please dont use their services
I always received the best service ever from takealot. I locked a return last week Thursday. Everyday I receive a message that they will pick up the parcel that same day. I am still waiting. i did contact the contact center on Monday. The girl said she will sort it for me. I am still waiting.
I ordered online burgers for my kids that was supposed to be delivered at 5pm. It did not arrived. i tried to phone them since 5.30pm. Only got hold of them at 7pm. The manager informed me that they do not do deliveries anymore and that I will be refunded in 10 working days. Why do they still have online ordering service if they do not do it any more? If I did not phone to query the order, I would still be waiting for my kids food. Order was confirmed via email, nobody phoned, mail or sms me to inform me that it will not be delivered!!
Private Banker....no way....never gets back to you. I applied for Covid relieve funds just incase. I never used it and cancelled it with my Banker. Never happend. I still pay fees every months for something I do not use. I decided to pay the R2000, but paid R20000. I mailed my banker asking to please transfer the excess to my cheque account. No reply. So I mailed after two weeks demanding an answer ..only then he said there is a backlog at the Covid department....in the mean time they still charge fees for the Covid account and I cant use my money...FNB Private Bank...a circus
Sent used product via bid or buy, I returned it they only refund 70%. Rest is Bid or buy sales incentive and courier. Although bid or buy did refund them
