I'm writing this still as confused as your staff who don't seem to know your own policies and procedures. so when you phone they tell you you cant make a reservation downstairs but on probably one of your busiest days when Springboks vs Nz there was a que probably 50 strong outside patiently waiting to get a seat. from where i was standing i could sea large table inside unattended and had been for over 20 min while my self and the rest of the que where still waiting to be seated. her come a group 14 strong walk up to the ladies' at the front and immediately escorted the this table by passing everyone else. Now i ask you HOW is this not a reservation if not why did they get priority its unacceptable make up your mind either you do or you don't take reservations.
What's the point of the app if your staff can't action simple instructions. I place an order 2 hour in advance selecting the collecting time. Using the app and I get to your plumstead branch to be told it was processed at the time of me placing the order meaning it had been sitting for 2 hours complete joke. Last time I'll be at debonair lots of other pizza places that at least get the order instructions correct.
I've been a loyal Vodacom customer for over 10 years now and after the random telemarketing call i think I'm going to finally change to another network. i just received a call about my data plan and how they can save me money when i said I'm not interested for now they just hang up. so basically i must listen to vodacom talk **** to me for 10min but when its my turn to talk and its not what you want to hear then I'm not worthy and you hang up if that's the way you do business then ill take it else where note time is 11.32 call transpired in the last 10min go back and listen to your supposed recordings for quality purposes
absolute pathetic service may be slower than the post office if you can believe it and cant seem to get any answers. i hopefully will get my parcel this year still
Im a fan of Bossa so when i heard there was one in canal walk i was eager to try it out. i hate to complain but i feel this was a bit ridiculous it started off well then got comical our waitress seated us and aske for our order was simple two cokes and a juice, 10 mins later two cokes arrived and i assumed the juice would follow shorty only for the waitress to come back and ask if i received it with my reply being no she then said "o i thought so i forgot " . we eventually got that round of drinks sorted out. i then place the food order along with a second round of drinks 2 x the same burger meal and 1 x kiddies meal along with a beer and a cider. the waitress returns a few min later to dbl check the drinks once confirmed she disappears to comeback about 10 min later to confirm the meal which she totally *****ed up only placing 1 of the adult meals and the kiddies meal. so we ended up only getting the one adult meal and kiddies meal at the same time with the other meal being delayed slightly. then you have the kiddies play area with two staff members supposedly supervising here's some advise you wasting your time paying staff members in that roll as they were doing nothing of the sort they spent 90% of the time chatting to each other and the one even had the time to video call who I'm assuming is her boyfriend and had a long chat top him. this doesn't effect me to much as i never leave my child untended but for those parent who trust that the staff are doing their job "don't" was a disappointing experience all round and don't think ill go back to this particular Bossa
ordered food using Mr. delivery i don't like to use cash so i do all payments on the app including tip which has to be done in advance. only for the driver to deliver food short and have to go back and fetch it. i complained on the app but no one has got back to me then the food was absolute garbage almost 700 rands worth. i have had enough of poor service this is not the first time either that this has happened but i thought maybe isolated incident will be the last time i use Mr D or mcdonalds when the competition is so much i rather take my business else where deleted the app and moving on
Order food from Mr delivery it arrived on time however the food was pathetic food was cold, and rolls where hard last time i order mc Donald's again
If i could give negative stars review i would. i purchased a voucher for my wife's Birthday my thinking a group like sorbet you cant go wrong. Big mistake its been nothing but a nightmare multiple phone calls, WhatsApp's and being pushed from one person to the next and still nothing has been resolved and this is just to make a booking. Between the Blue route and Steenberg branches both are pathetic they change dates multiple time then someone can do the procedure just be told they cant a day later. then you ask to speak to a manager and get told they aren't available and they not sure when they due back. what kind of armature setup up is this not to mention they blady rude sending WhatsApp messages like " HELLO????" seconds after sending the first message. if i knew this is how they operate i would have stayed far away. Disappointed to say the least what's worse eventually if we ever are able to make a booking we still have to use Sorbet id rather take my business elsewhere.
i purchase items from Waltons online they say the average delivery time is 3-5 days i accept that the problem is no communication or updates what so ever. i could track the parcel nothing in fact it looks like there is no activity at all i followed up not once but 3x just to get a message say sorry and they will get back to me to date on Social media platform no one ever got back to me. i then called and a lady assisted me ands she says that nothing has been action at all and that they awaiting payment i shoed them proof that payment went through that day and then i was told they will check with the accounts department guess what im still waiting for feed back on something that should take no longer than 20min to check. i don't know how a company like waltons is still in business when they cant fulfill the simplest of orders. hopefully someone will get in touch who can actually provide a solution and get this resolved other than the easy way out and supposedly get back to me. Not impressed at all.
