It's been a week of lies from your company as to where my parcel is. First the courier couldn't get ahold of me, when I called the operator out on that lie as I have not received a call, missed call please call me nothing, she said the vehicle broke down. That was before she handed out private info about another person, against POPI rules. Then I was promises Friday. Friday I phoned as I work till 3pm, I was told to just wait he is out for delivery. I sat alone at work till 5pm and nothing again, no call no missed call, very disrespectful. On one of the mails I received it shows delivered on Thursday? Today one of your operators ended the convo before giving me any update on this parcel, Abigail is the name. So at this point I don't even thing you know what you did to my parcel. 2R0011377441 This is not the first time I have had this with your company in 4 years of people using you, because I will never use your company, you have lost my parcels. Delivered to the wrong places. Fastway, the fastest way to lose your parcels.
I was trying to fund a new business venture. Getting your own money out is a terrible experience as they want business plans and affidavits, so if you are a small town entrepreneur rather don't use them as you get bombarded with phone calls and no resolutions into getting the money back that YOU paid in to het the fund started. Was a trial run to see if something like this can help me create a better life for myself, but no. I'm going to let them keep the money, as I don't have the time and resources to get my own money out of them.
I logged a Fibre line move on Telkom over a month ago, ref 0110013758. A week pass, I phone them and they know NOTHING about the move I logged online. I spent an hour on the phone being sent back and forth, later on being told they have to put in a new line even though its just moving an floor down to a new apartment. Telling me they will phone back within 48hours. Ref CSN-141627 Another week later I phone them, they know nothing about my previous attempts to move my fiber line, even though I don't live there anymore, 3 weeks later. Saturday they tell me someone from sales will phone me as soon as they open Monday...well it's Tuesday and over a month since I first started this process of moving the fiber line form my old apartment to my new one. There's people moving into that apartment and I wont have access to it anymore!!!! And I'm not always home as I work, so I need to know before hand when will this be done.
It's taking over a month for them to deliver a package and I get daily smssses from Buffalo my package is out for delivery and then "delivery failed no contact details" Lies as I have my phone on my 24/7 and no one has ever contacted me. I was promised delivery yesterday and waited an hour after work for this delivery and today...same shoot...delivery failed. BUFZA7BD19112P4YQ
BUFZA7BD19112P4YQ ordered running shoes off of Shein last month, Buffalo has been sending my package back and forth with lies of not getting a hold of me, 3rd parties not delivering in my area and now my tracking number has disappeared off of their system. Every operator I spoke to for the last month just tell me they'll come back to me and NO ONE ever did...washing their hands of it. This is the worst carrier service in the world...as I regularly order from over seas and never have gotten such lack of service. I want to know where my parcel is today otherwise I'm opening a ****** goods case against you.
It's been 4 weeks Saturday of back and forth with Full House Worcester, DC Electrical and Defy with job number 2008727. Full House says they no nothing. DC Electric told me they'll bring back my machine 4 days ago. Defy Head office said machine could not be fixed and I'm getting a new one. I've been advised to see my lawyer for damages and claim 4 weeks of washing done at the laundry store ! I want a machine tomorrow or action will be taken against DEFY! This is radicicolous!!! My mails, calls and WhatsApp's are being ignored!
I bought a washer/dryer from Full House Furniture last September. Over R10 000. It broke 3 weeks ago and Full House ordered repair from Defy as it is still under warranty. Someone came to fetch it telling me they will deliver next Monday. That was two weeks ago. Week 3 without a way to wash my clothes. I keep calling help line and they say someone will be in contact with no contact for 3 weeks now. I have NO IDEA who has my machine and my washing is stacked sky high. This is unacceptable customer service and ****ty products that doesn't even last 12 months. Job number: 2008727 I want my fixed machine back before this weekend!!!!! Or a NEW one!!!!
Bash sent me a mail inviting me to open an account. I did so online to find out I need to drive 100km to the closest store, I did that as well. As I live 100km from the closest store I only opened it to use it online. Then I was told to make a deposit to "activate" the card. I did that only to hear I can not use the card online. And have to wait 3 months before I can use the card. And the deposit must be 15% of the purchase? Why not tell your customers all this before wasting time and money for something that doesn't work? So I closed the account because I'm not going to use it because the closest store is too far away. And asked for my refund as I paid the money into a BASH account, online. BASH refuses to help and tells me to contact Foshini and Foshini just say they never received the money! SO DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH BASH, they are *****ulent and ***** money!
I opened an Bash account online. They told me to fetch card in store, 100km away, I did so. The reason for opening an account is to buy online as I'm too far from the store. As I wanted to use the card they said to make an deposit. I paid R100, and nothing. THEN I was told card can only be used in store and only in 3 months I can use it online. So I asked to close the account as I can not use it for the reason I opened it for. And asked for my "deposit" back. Now I'm being told they can't find my payment and Foshini has stopped all communications with me. This is *****ing and selling products under false advertising! I want my money back ASAP!!!! Can't believe I wasted my petrol and money on your lies. Don't open an account, they just ***** your money and you don't actually get credit.
I just received a call from a 3rd party courier handling your business. Who informed me I should go look for my package at an address I don't know, because they don't deliver at my address. Order 2G0001666575. Since when do you pay for courier to be told you need to go on a egg hunt for your orders, because they don't deliver to me. I have no guarantee my parcel would be there once I find this parcel and will be logging this incident at the store I bought at as a ****** parcel as YOU said I received it, and I did NOT!
