They are a terrible company to deal with. I was sent products I didn't really want and when I saw the amount I had to pay. I immediately wrote to them and told them to take it back. They told me to just continue taking the pills. I said I can't afford it. They don't care!! Now they lawers trying to black list me. They suck,
I was a little confussed with the whole process and got my delivery address wrong but the support people really helped me through everything. 5 stars to the support team that helped me get my parcell into a box and on its way to my son. in JHB.
The company is ripping off the customers. The small chips are the same weight as the med chips just in a different packet. From the reviews, it looks like they don't care. They have their customers so what if there are a few complaints. The managers in the burger kings that I have been to don't really care it is just a job. No passion for the business. The franchise owners don't care either so long as they get their money. Come on guys! Dont let this be another South African disaster.
Mc Donalds Waterstone, Somerset West. They always have a problem with ice cream. either no cones, no ice cream, it happens a lot at that Mc Donalds. Somerset Mall branch also has ice cream shortages. I know we are in South Africa but service to the customer is what makes a business great. Mc Donalds need to spend time investing in their staff. Training, getting order right. timing of orders. Staff Etiquette is important right down to the lowest person of your staff member. I feel because it is BBEEE owned company we can drop standards. Come guys make your name great again. I saying this because I witnessed a woman of color fighting with the staff because the staff member was giving attitude.
Platinum life are such chance takers. Through their desperation and forcing people to give referrals and gifts they force people to take policies that they don't want. My wife was fooled into a policy and they have taken money from her account. She doesn't work and cant work. She had R300 in her account that she has been saving and now its gone with a debit order from Platinum life and they are going to continue to put debit orders through her account and she has no income. So what is going to happen now, she will get a bad name on her account will accumulate charges we have to pay. We haven't even got the policy from platinum life nor the gift.
Thank you to Pick n Pay at Somerset Mall for the great service to the Sasa people. We had to wait to get in but once we were allowed in the shopping experience was good. Thank you for all the sanitizer you shared with us. I only wish we could buy masks. There weren't long lines at the tills were limited people in the shop
They are renovating the Habitat Center Absa Branch I don't know why? so People have to use other branches. The Somerset branch is the nearest to the Habitat branch. You would think that the customer is king. Not a chance. They have 2 out of 4 tellers working. No management on the floor. People are standing one and a half hours for service. I walked out. There was an old lady with a walking stick standing for that one and a half hours. No chair was given to help her. My work college was there to witness.
<p>Had great service, emails to remind of dates for arrival and departure and times of entry and departure.</p> <p>SMS reminders. It was good service all round. I wish that more companies could would this way. Customer service not grabbing money. Keep it up Guys make SA great again.</p>
I went to the returns department to hand back my Seagate portable hard-drive.<br> The person at the counter told me that Seagate had sent an email to say that Seagate <br> wont take back units that are without slip, box or if there are signs of customer abuse.<br> The plug were the USB cable plugs into the hard-drive came out with the USB cable. <br> This is a factory problem not a miss use problem. <br>
I have been issued with a cheque card and it doest work. I was on Debt review about 4 years ago and cancelled it. I was told to get a letter to say that I no longer am on Debt Review. I got the letter and took it to the bank. I waited over 1 hour just to hand in the letter. The whole process took 10 min to complete and I was told that the card would work in a few days. That never happened. About 2 years later I applied for another card and still have the same problem. Card wont work! It so embarrassing every month to go for groceries and having your payment rejected because I have to use a debit card and there is a R2000 limit on the card. <br> I went to Somerset west mall branch 3 times and have spoken on the phone to Card div(which takes forever to get an answer) and still have no joy.<br> They said they would check with Debt review to sort out the problem. <br> You can see my account that no payments are going to Debt review. Why is it such a big issue???
