I would like to lay a complaint in regards to pineapple locking my debit order reversal from the bank and when i try to reverse the debit order with them they are reffering me to fnb after i have explained that FNB is reffering me to them to unlock my debit order as my service provider
I am very angry where I am because I entrusted a technician that was in need of fibre tools after our conversation, he was busy with an installation - activation asset number/service ID L23010186612 in Nina park Pretoria north , he said his name is Collen but when I check his name is Xavier Dother . He took the equipment with a PRIMI’s that he will send me the money because anyways they are doing an installation so to some extent it is traceable but since that day o have been calling him and he hasn’t been answering his phone and his actions are in tarnish of Vodacom and metro fibre with their partnership and clients , he is a skinny coloured guy . There are even cameras at the premises should there be a need to provide the footage . I am even willing to open a criminal case for this because I had that equipment imported from china so for him to do an escape with it like this when I was trying to help him for him to do his job better then he has another one coming , address where the installation was done can be provided if needed

R265 was deducted from my account after I have cancelled my trip and it’s been 2 days it hasn’t been reversed into my account
In the beginning of my process of application for funding they were responsive but now after sending all my documents needed including bank statements I send emails and call with no luck which leaves me cold because I don’t know where I stand with my purchase order application and was said it takes 1-2 business days but now it’s 6 days .
We have a network booster at the house but the internet is hardly working properly , the service needs to be booted time and again it’s like paying a full amount for half the service
Bad service , i have been communicating with an employee from pc link computer in regards to buying 5 switches but 2 was confirmed to be on stock then i made payment , only after 3 days i am told the stock cannot be located at the warehouse when i have specifically spoken to the the Employee that this is not an individual buy but it is for a client , when i requested a refund i am told about 7 - 14 working days which is a very huge inconvenience to us and our client , why am i being inconvenienced and having to pay penalties for pc link incompetence ? there is another online store which i used they didn't have stock after i made payment but my refund was immediate ? we are all running a business and for you as pc link to give me what is due you want your payment to be reflecting so why put other businesses in a financial scrutiny ? , this refund process is very ridiculous as if the company is not selling technological items ? even the companies that don't have the technological capability can produce the results pc link cant. i have sent an email to as what was done for my refund to be expedited but there is no response and i believe there is also no interest from the employee to fix this issue . i have a trail of emails that have communication with pc link
I have ordered with fourpointdeals since Mon, Jan 27, 8:19 AM (9 days ago) but i still haven't received any update to the product i have bought even after sending numerous emails and calling i am still not getting joy as a consumer
I have made an instant payment to expedite my product from comx using payfast and the product is unavailable and now i am being told i have to wait 10 days to get my refund and i am a small business myself trying to deliver the product which i had intended to buy from them and it is urgently needed by my client . i called to call centre to get the refund quicker but unfortunately i am being told that it is the process there is nothing they can do , i cannot believe such a huge company doesn't have their processes in place not to inconvenience the consumers but unfortunately they are doing a great job frustrating us , now i will have to pay penalties because i had not met the delivery due date , yet again i sent an email to comx to give me an alternate product because they don't have what i want in stock which was projectors but the agent gets back to me telling me about printers which gives me a clear indication of how serious they take their clients because i am responded on the wrong product which i did not ask for . i have transcripts of the email just to show how demeaning they can be to a client.
