I believe they owe me my last service. It was denied as my KM were low. The warranty clearly states 100km or 5years which ever comes first. I was on 62km however I was on the last date of 5years. My service was denied based on only km and the duration was dismissed.
Does not exchange items bought online in store and sale items bought online cannot be exchanged for same item. This it ridiculous. Inconvenience to online customers. DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THEM. you will be stuck with an item that doesn't fit.

I bought a laptop, its been only 3months and the screen died. It's up for repairs like they sold me a faulty product. No way a laptop can jst work for 3months and jst die. I want a new one. Where will I be with this laptop in 8months time?
I purchased a funeral policy with hollard in August. Only to request the policy document in November. It was shocking that what I found on the document is not what we agreed upon on the phone. The birth dates are wrong. It's a mess of the document. the payout amounts are less than what we agreed upon. Hollard sold me a sweet nothing. I cancelled my then proffessional policy document with descent cover amounts for a joke of a policy. I need my recording ASAP.

Telesure Group Services PTY (LTD) is appearing on my credit score?? With missed payments only. I need to know why.
There's a fraud account opened with my name at Rage. I obtained all required documents to send to fraud department for investigation. I was told that I can submit documents through any Rage store. I submitted them at Rage wonderpark on the 13th August. When I enquired a week after I was told that no documents were submitted. The store did not forward my documents to the fraud department. But the store told me that they submitted. Very disappointing.
I cut ties with vodacom in feb 2020 due to fraud upgrade done on my account. Confirmation letter was sent to me that upgrade was reversed. Now in Sept i get a bill of R567...or so to say that i owe them. I dont know where this amount come from. No monthly statements were sent just final letter of demand. Im being taken from pillar to post by vodacom consultants. Im being finally told that when upgrade was reversed, the contract remained in place. However my sim card was deactivated during fraud upgrade. Now im owing them for a line that they deactivated without my consent and gave my datails and a new sim card to a fraudster. Vodacom you are doing me wrong and im tired of this matter that was caused by you.
