RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF EAGLE ROOFS RUSTENBURG! We have paid them in FULL and it's going on 3 months now with only trusses delivered and installed. Even the truss installation is questionable as the trusses are not even anc****d to the house in any way. Sheeting was supposed to be delivered in 5-10 days as per contract but they have been dodging calls and now my roof trusses are trashed because of being rained on for months with no sheeting. We thought a company with so many years in the industry would be dependable but the whole experience has been a nightmare for my wife and I. We had to resort to legal action against them. They are crooks and will run away with your money! You have been WARNED!
They went to install my mom's battery and mixed up terminals, leading to her car burning the samp. She asked her mechanic to send them a quote on repairing it. Upon receipt they opted to use their own people to fix it. Their people ended up messing up the fuel pump in trying to fit a new alternator, they then returned it to my mom who refused to accept it with the engine light still on. In this time, my mom could not go to work due to not having a vehicle. She was tragically ******ed at home on the day she was meant to be at work because she stayed home due to no vehicle as they had refused to provide a courtesy car. When I went to collect the car after her funeral I found it still had the same engine issue.i then went to her mechanic who had seen the car during the whole ordeal and he said the car had no engine issues that he saw prior to it being taken away by Tiger wheel Louis Trichardt. Even with this evidence, they refused to fix the issue. The owner Hussain said he would rather go to court and defend the matter than do the dignified thing of fixing what they broke. We are forced to go the legal route.
Bought my wife a gift and it was never delivered. I contacted them and Goodness informed me that my order would only delivered the following week. A whole week later! No explanations, nothing! Very unprofessional, given that I have supported them for so many years. I asked for a refund and was told it would take 10 working days! They did not hesitate to take my money in 3 to 5 seconds though. Pathetic service and they should be ashamed of themselves! They ruined a very special moment
<p>Please note we booked room A4 for my Birthday on Sunday 19 March 2017,<br />upon arrival we found the chalet filthy, plates with bones on the table,<br />beds with sheets not done from the previous guests, stove not working,<br />braai area without braai sieves, braai tables filthy with leaves and<br />animal droppings etc. This was very embarrassing for us as we had guests<br />from out of town with us. I had to spend the better half of my birthday<br />running around and looking for cleaning people to come and fix our chalet,<br />not to mention the attitude received when we asked them to clean this and<br />that, something they should have simply done before we even arrived there!<br />The stove was only repaired the next morning before we checked out!</p> <p>I feel thoroughly disappointed and would not recommend anyone to stay at<br />Rustenburg kloof due to the experience we had.</p> <p> </p> <p>To this day nobody from Rustenburg Kloof Holiday Resort has called or e-mailed me to apologize for the huge inconvenience caused, despite reading my e-mail to them.</p>
<p>I went to Jam on Friday 9 September with my wife and child to buy some clothes for our son. After picking the items, I proceeded to the tills to pay. There was nobody by the till but a woman started walking from one of the isles to the till to help me . I put the clothes on the counter next to her till and turn around to walk 2 meters away to my wife to fetch our loyalty card. This whole process could not have been more than 10 seconds. I turned to go pay, only to find that the cashier tossed my clothes aside and she was now happily helping a white lady who came after me. I asked if there was another cashier to help me and why my clothes were simply tossed to the side. The cashier told me she had no idea if I was coming back or not and that's why she helped the other lady. I asked how she could ask such a question since I was not more than 2 meters away and in plain sight. I also mentioned that the very reason she came to the tills was to assist me and the least she could do was ring up my order or ask if indeed I'm no longer interested in taking the items.</p> <p> </p> <p>She became more and more rude until I asked for her manager. Her manager was clearly buddy-buddy with her because she simply took her side and did not bother to apologize. They even went as far as talking about me in Tswana thinking I didn't know the language. Needless to say, my entire evening was ruined after this whole incident. I told them I would follow the proper channels to lay a complaint and they said I was welcome to do so!</p>
I have a business account at FNB for one of my businesses. The account was last used late September 2015. We have been getting e-mails and statements relating to the account. I wanted to deposit money into the account on 5 Nov 2015, only to find that the account was marked as Dormant. On 6 Nov, I went to FNB platinum square and was told to bring Fica documents for the business to be activated again. I was told I would then be able to pay the sum of R120 that was outstanding in service fees. My other complaint was how could fnb close my business account without as much as an sms or e-mail?<br> <br> I went back to fnb on 10 nov 2015 to submit my fica documents, as advised. The consultant told me my business account had been closed on the 7th Nov 2015, a day after I was told to bring my fica docs. No remarks had been added to the account after my visit on the 6th. I was told to re-open my business account, that meant getting my business partner who is in Limpopo and also pay R1000, instead of the R120 I was expecting to pay. I was told that fnb doesn't put remarks on accounts when I mentioned Standard bank does it. In short, they can do nothing for me.
I posted my parcel on Friday 21 August 2015 at Pick n Pay waterfall mall in the Aramex drop box. This was a tender with a due date on the 26th August 2015 at 11am.<br> <br> By Tuesday 25 August 2015 my parcel had still not arrived at Kruger National Park in Skukuza. I tracked the parcel to find it had been sent to Polokwane then back to Rustenburg then back to Polokwane. I called Aramex Rustenburg and was assisted by Bianca, only to find that she didn't have the parcel, but instead said the parcel was in polokwane. I even lodged a request on the Aramex page on 25/08/2015 for urgent delivery of my parcel and to date nobody has responded to that (RUS-0818/52)<br> <br> Long story short, Aramex failed for 6 days straight to deliver my parcel!<br> They cost me a possible tender due to the fact that they would not deliver on time<br> <br> The waybill shows that regional deliveries take up to 72 hours but in 6 days my parcel could not be delivered<br> <br> I do not need another drop box sleeve as you guys have failed me already. All I need is my money refunded as well as my fuel,printing costs for tender document and airtime used trying to follow up on a parcel which should have been delivered without any issues.
I moved out of Windmill Park Estate 31/12/2014. The townhouse was in good condition when I left and I have the pictures to prove it. A lady named Metta went and inspected the townhouse without me being there and she came up with false charges, including a broken light etc, when my pictures prove otherwise. They claimed the walls were dirty but we made sure walls were clean before we left. Out of my R3350 deposit, they gave me a mere R986!! I have been e-mailing them since I moved out and nobody there seems to care that my pictures of the entire townhouse prove they were wrong to charge me anything at all. Nobody replies !! To me it seems like that's how they get people's money as I have seen a lot of complaints about them on this website.<br> <br> I want my money back as I need it for other things! The outfit you guys are running leaves very little to be desired and I have sought legal counsel!<br> <br> To anyone looking to rent, I do not recommend Natrent as your deposit will be lost forever!! Please be careful and take pictures of your apartment before and after you move out so you may be able to prove them wrong when they try to snatch your deposit!<br> <br>
