I was late on my fees and settled my account. Now that i need my results to register im being send to pillar to post and still my account is not updated. If i knew the admin is this bad i would never have done my degree with stadio. This is not the first time i receive bad assistance you call and sit on the phone for hours just for it to be out down in your ear. Emails is waist of time also, just a ticket number sometimes is vest you can hope for. Today registration closes im still waiting for results!
My daughter went to life st James for care. I went in early the morning did all the afmin and submitted to them my pre auth from my med aid. Some time later i receive a bill from life showing that the med aid refused to pay. I enquired by them the claim details ect ect that they supp**** to me and i took it up with my med aid. I was informed by my med aid that there is a 180day period for the hospital to submit the claims that they know as all med aids has this. Not only was they late but they used the wrong med aid number and when i said wrong totally wrong i have all the documents that proves this The hospital failed to submit the claim in time. I went back to the hosp and stated my case as someone at the hospital fid not do their job to submit a claim i am not going to pay a fee they must ho ask that person who failed to do their job for the money. I was informed they will get back to me. Welllll they didn't get back to me they just handed me over to debt collectors. And that person who did not do their job probably sleeps sound. I will not pay due to your negligence stop harassing me
So over the weekend one of checkers employees had a epileptic fit in front of the entrance by checkers kwt. As info is he is disabled employee… the managers of checkers had a don't care attitude towards him as they did not even call ambulance or anything as he was lying there! Two hours lying in the hot sun with epileptic fits… checkers he was dressed in your uniform and on duty! Rhere was a crowd gathered and taking oictures of him as he was lying there! This pictures is now trending on local social media and i have received screenshots on crime groups… but the management of checkers dont care about someone lying in front of their shop… a disabled employee! If this is how you treat your disabled employees how do you treat what we buy ect.
I submitted a claim for a fridge and a dishwasher that broke at the same time. Virseker appointed RSI to investigate. They came just took pictures of the fridge and moved on to the dishwasher were they found a faulty pc bord. My claim for the dishwasher approved and fridge not due to a gas leek. I then appealed and was again denied but this time i was furnished with the report from RSI. They claim they did a pressure test but they also admit they did not open the item! How do you do a pressure test if you don't open the back cover? This is my first claim with them and i have been with them for + 4 years all-ready and this is how they treat the claims. I have no payments in arrears with them and they get paid on time every month but look for any reason to no pay out a claim even when there is evidence that the inspection is not fair!
I confirmed a payment arrangement with edgars but i get harassed every day by them for something thats confirmed by arrogant rude people that refuses to listen and go back and check i will be closing the account month end i do not need this harassment. No wonder this formerly trusted retailer is now in troubles! Ps for every call you are charged why record if your not going to check up?!!!
As far as im concerned you are just as incompetent as makro. Makro informed me that on Saturday my good was handed over to you for delivery on Monday i contacted makro they informed me that value indicated that they will pic the item up on Monday it is now Wednesday no delivery or message forthcoming about delivery nor can i be provided with a waybill contacting value is also useless as no one can assist me to were my goods are! Don't use them just as incompetent as the company who's goods they must deliver
So i did an online order on 21 oct on 23 oct i got response by the 25th on the status and i got no notification of delivery and contacted makro telephonically and via email. Finally got response that it was only collected on Monday the 25th well i requested the waybill no and makro went silent why did u lie and say it was handed over to couriers on the 23rd if it wasn't why did it take 3days to get it to the couriers were is my waybill is it even by the couriers? U took the money and are not coming with your side of the deal! Now i read of all the problems with faulty items makro is not even in the same area im so disgusted in waisting a lot of money shopping on makro
I had a claim with Miway for an accident on 2019 this claim was approved and I requested the quotation before I take my vehicle for repairs. I received the quote and noticed that the quote did not cover the whole incident and I contacted Miway to complain. A second quote was then given to me and to my surprise this quote is now less than the first quote and the first and the second quote does not corroborate with each other... somehow the damages as specified in the first quote healed itself... this car must be a transporter.... after numerous attempts to receive awnsers sand a proper quote went to no avail as i had to repair the vehicle out of my pocket! Till today I’m in a struggle with miway to find out if I’m driving a transporter as the damages repaired itself to no avail! I was also not reimbursed for the damages that was approved on this vehicle and all my calls and emails fell on death ears! I decided to rather cancel miway as it seems miway will never reimburse me for an approved claim...
I placed a order online and never received a tracking number or assistance when i contact them i get send from one person to another and no assistance. The order also never arrived by my
I went to fill a perscription for anti biotics at the king william’s town branch and left it there to be filled on 2019-01-02 around 15:00 i returned the next day around 15:00 to pick it up only to find the perscription was not filled this is not the first time that this particular store does this as i have problems with my childs chronic medication almost every month
